The roof on my house was 106 years old and leaked from a recent hail storm. When I came across Olivia, from the first time we met she was always so gracious and kind to me. She took the time to make sure to listen to, and be understanding of
my situation and all the fears and concerns I had dealing with previous roofing contractors who were only interested in getting another job. Olivia showed genuine concern for me and my needs throughout the whole process. The entire team that worked on my roof, each and every one of them, was courteous, professional and made the entire roof replacement a whole lot less stressful. Each day everyone made sure that all of the areas where they had been working was kept clean and looking as if they were never there. Each of them appeared to have the knowledge they needed to do the job correctly. Each and every one had the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs and concerns were properly addressed so that I would have a roof that will last another 50-75 years. After the job was completed everyone did such a thorough clean up that it looked as if no one was ever there to begin with.
