I keep getting spammed by them asking for reviews - I have never been a customer, but they are spamming me with constant emails asking for a review

If this is what they do to non customers, I hate to think what they would do to actual customers

Excellent quality, easy to work with. I have checked out everyone and compared, I will now have a Southland home in New Hampshire. 100

We had already made a deposit, and were having delays getting permits. Project manager doesn't talk to you unless you are informed enough to have specific questions. We wanted to speak with someone face-to-face so we came here to discuss a delay. Salesperson Steve was friendly, but incorrectly informed us that we had to make another deposit and sign another contract. We also never heard from him again. Be aware: 1. Expect the house to cost 3x+ more than the kit. 2. It's difficult to get permits and funding that align with their tight schedule. 3. It's difficult to insure a log home. 4. It's our impression that they really just care about selling the kit and wish you luck getting it built.
