We're very happy with the spray foam insulation that Mark and his team applied in our attic, including the underside of our roof. The upstairs of our house is now substantially warmer, and we are no longer having issues with snow on the roof melting and refreezing, which formerly caused icicles and ice dams. The communication was excellent throughout the process, with thorough answers to our questions, and the installation team was efficient and courteous.

Horrible, horrible business practices! BEWARE OF THIS OWNER…..failed and broken promises of NO SHOW of three times!
Cost me $600 for unloading and reloading my garage. Not to mention, job he quoted me is STILL not finished, industry prices have gone up so now I have to spend even more $$$$

They did a great job informing us of any problems they came across and warned us of a problem we'll need to fix later. Insulation definitely made a difference for our second floor. Professional and communicated well!

Outstanding comprehensive Energy Audit performed by Mark Lantz. Our property is a confusing, crazy patchwork of old and new, basements and crawlspaces, with several disconnected, hard to access attics. He successfully advocated for us with MassSave and we received huge benefits under their program. The extensive re-insulation work was done by a top notch crew and reviews and revisions were made intelligently as required when a few "surprises" were discovered in poorly accessible areas. This was a huge and complex job that was expertly handled from start to finish. We can't recommend this company highly enough!

The team worked so hard! They insulated the attic and exterior walls in two days. The foreman kept me updated on progress and any unusual conditions they discovered. They cleaned up when they were done. One of the team even washed the floor! Highly recommended.

Had Cozy H.P. do the insulation in my attic and I have to tell you they excited all my expectations. Start to finish that did an outstanding job. If you have an insulation project coming up at least let them give you a quote.

They did a great job on short notice and stayed with their original quote even though it ended up being more complicated than originally specified. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Cozy was great to work with and the team was amazing. They laid down plastic on the floors and furniture to prevent dust, debris, and damage to our home as well as swept and used a Swifter wet jet to clean up. They originally expected to be at our place for 2-3 days but got it done in one and a half. The crew cut holes from the inside of our house in places that would be easily patched and painted (avoiding places like the kitchen back splash and shower walls). They blew all the insulation in pretty quickly and patched the holes well. I did do a second layer of spackle myself before painting to ensure amazingness. However this team was great, friendly, and even gave helpful hints and let me borrow tools for a few projects I was working on simultaneously. My only wish is that to patch the holes they used a different material instead of placing foam in the hole and using spackle to hold it in and hide it; who knows how it will hold a command strip or nail if one accidently went there. All in all I would do business with them again.

We are so grateful for Mark and his team and all the good work they did. They responded quickly to calls and emails, provided options that saved us several thousand dollars (over the estimate we'd gotten from another company), showed up when they said they would, and did a nice job. They also cleaned up every day. Our new home is toasty warm and quiet.

Mark & his team did a great job from beginning to end. From his initial consultation to figure out was was wrong & coming up with an intelligent solution that met both operational & monetary needs, Cozy Home was a pleasure to work with. Mark & his team removed moldy sheetrock, found & sealed the leaking ventilation duct work ( which is what caused the mold ) in the garage. They were clean, professional & included me in the entire process; showing me the leaks & again showing me the sealing process using the high expansion foam. They then re-installed the sections of sheetrock that were removed & applied one coat of joint compound. This set me up to finish the process.
I would recommend Mark & his team without hesitation. They know their trade well & want ( and succeed ) to do a good quality job at a fair price. Thanks again to Cozy Home for their help. Its nice to work with honest, nice professional people.
