Please do your research for a reputable roofing company and don’t throw away tens of thousands of dollars on a company who doesn’t stand behind their work and own up to their mistake. We asked this company for a quote to replace our roof (along with several other companies) - we replaced it with a metal roof (which if you know about metal roofs they must have a decking installed before the metal roof is installed to act as the insulation barrier between your home and the roof. This company was provided our inspection report (we purchased a new home) and noted on the inspection report was that the initial roof had NO decking so when we replaced roof we needed the decking. (Makes 100% sense right - why put on another roof with no decking and have the same issue of heating/cooling the home). We were given the quote and proceeded with this company. Living 45 min away at the time (two weeks prior to moving) the company came out and installed the new roof. Oblivious to us we trusted this company to do what we inquired about and replace roof and add decking. Moving into our new house the night of the cold storm in texas (it was a Wednesday night) it took over 18 hours to heat our home - we had cold drafts coming in and couldn’t figure out why. Hired a company to come out to check the insulation to see if we needed to add some layers of insulation and we were then told about the horrific job this company did on our roof. They literally laid the metal roof onto the structure of our home - NO DECKING! We contacted the company along with operational manager and after a week of going back and forth they told us today that we basically are out of luck and they won’t be coming back to fix their mistake. We also contacted the manufacture of the roof and we were told that the roof we got must only be installed with a deck! This company not only lied to us, they didn’t do what we inquired about in the beginning. Be very careful about choosing this company if you want your roof done right.

By far the best house project yet because of the team at Southern Roofing. Keith and his team are great communicators. They did the roof, gutters, garage doors and fence turnkey so I only had one number to call for help. They worked well with Statefarm
and got upgrades where they could. Everything looks beautiful and the value of my house went up dramatically. Don’t hesitate to call Keith at Southern Roofing.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a good, honest contractor. Trust me, I’ve had my share of bad ones. Well, you need to look no further for your roofing issues. This company is ran by knowledgeable, honest people who back up their work and are so professional. I’ve used them for two issues and couldn’t be happier. Plus they’re very good at cleaning up after themselves. Top professional company, you can’t go wrong using them.

Well after barely 2 years my roof look likes these. Thanks for the quality and blaming it on nature and the homeowner. I would think a roofing company would guarantee their work for longer and have better customer service when someone calls.

Up date I guess the cause was not using the correct amount of nails for the distance. I guess you were trying to save a couple cents and hope to come back later to fix my roof? Sorry I'm having a professional company fix your mistakes.

Outstanding! Best service, polite people that actually return calls and do exactly what they say they will, when they say they will! They did a superb job on the roof quickly and cleaned up after. If you need a new roof, call them!

Omg, can we say love!

I am so in love with my new roof. It feels like I'm pulling up to a new house every time I pull into my driveway. This was my 1st time having to deal with any type of home repair and Southern roofing made it very easy. Southern Roofing delivers quality backed with honesty and I appreciate that.
