(Let me set the mood a little bit) We are tried to have our insurance cover our roof 4 years ago. They denied it saying the roof still had plenty of life. Fast forward to now after a dozen storms with high winds tearing shingles off every day.

It was just a normal day, dreadful and dreary living with a dilapidated run down roof. The sun was rising on the horizon. I saw a figure off in the distance. His outline casting off a radiant glow, so bright I had to shield my eyes. For a minute, I thought Jesus had returned or it was John Stamos. He approached me and introduced himself as Levi Hughey with Southern Roofing Company and he could help solve my roof issues. I fell to my knees with tears in my eyes and pleaded for his help. He reached his hand out and placed it upon my head and said, “Don’t worry my child. I will take up this burden”. Take up my burden, he did. He picked up his mighty roofing tools and attacked the insurance company. After a ferocious battle, the insurance company lay slain upon the ground. The insurance company had yielded to the mighty Levi. He picked up his tools and returned a champion.

Levi and his crew returned today and installed a beautiful (insurance paid) roof on our home. once run down shack and transformed it into our beautiful castle.

Rich is an honest, experienced roofer who did a great job on my house. The workers were efficient and cleaned every piece of the old roof up. They protected the bushes and had large tarps down. My new roof looks great! My whole neighborhood uses him. He handles the insurance company completely so it's very easy.

Tyler did a great job dealing with my insurance company after they tried to "Low ball" me on the repair cost. They ended up replacing the entire roof, the whole process took way to long due to the times we are living in. I didn't like it that my facia boards were damaged when the roof was removed and this wasn't address, but they are aged and we accepted that to be fair. But the fact it wasn't addressed wasn't right either.

Jeff and Southern Roofing Company we’re great to work with. From time of first contact, to filing an insurance claim, to having the roof replaced was less than 2 weeks. I had a lot of concerns and questions and Jeff was very knowledgeable in answering them all. I’ve already recommended them to a couple people I know.

Chase Albritton from Southern Roofing was tremendously helpful, the driving force with the insurance claim, and always avaliable for Q&A and dynamic adjustments on all matters. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process that we were in good hands. The installation was very professional and flawless (considering it was a triple-digit temperatures), and we have peace of mind that we're covered with a comprehensive warranty for much longer than we are likely to be in our home.

This has been a great experience. A tree fell through my roof and I had a lot of trouble getting any other company to come out. Rich and Daniel got things going quickly and made the whole process simple, even cleaned up before leaving. The roof and ceiling look like nothing ever happened! I couldn’t be any happier. Can’t say enough of this company and their professionalism. I worked with Randall Ruiz who made this big project for us a successful one even after a few pumps with our insurance. I replaced my roof with Southern Roofing, they have been very professional! Randall Ruiz worked with me on providing estimates, explaining all the variety of shingle options, helped narrowing down on color choices that would go well. What impressed me most is the customer service with constant updates on every stage - The materials delivery scheduling, confirmation on when it’s delivered, and finally doing a round of check in to make sure everything is hauled away, cleaned up to my expectations! I would definitely recommend them and consider yourself in good hands.

WOW! Dealing with roof replacement is not always a joyful experience but with these guys it was just that. Randall and Chase were amazing, the crew was just as amazing. 31 square roof and it was completed in one day!!! From beginning to end this company was on point. Will never use anyone else. Jeff was heaven sent! He showed up just as we had noticed a leak that day. Being a 1st time homeowner we were scared what to expect! Jeff Coon explained the insurance process and did a free inspection using his GoPro and showed us what storm damage was and walked us all the way thru the process and we were able to get a brand new roof for almost nothing! It free Equity basically! 10/10 recommend these guys!

Southern Roofing is an excellent company. Had new gutters installed by them last year and had roof damage from wind in February. The new roof was installed today. Workers were here on time, did an excellent job installing and clean up and the roof looks great. Actually makes it look like a new home.

i contacted southern roofing to come out and assess some damages at my home, I had several interior leaks and there were damages to my roof also, randall and ronnie came out right away and took photos and measurements at first. they were very knowledgeable and professional. as soon as the estimate was sent to me the guys came out the very next day and fixed every single bit of the issues in 2 days time. the inside of my home looks brand new like there were never any damages. and i would highly recommend southern roofing for any of your restoration needs!

Very happy I called these guys they came inspected my roof pointed out all the damaged areas help me with the insurance process ordered all the needed materials.there crew came out aroud 6:30am and was packing up before 5:00pm made sure the yard was clean and net

I didn’t like this company. They took 2 months to do a small section of my roof. The manager of the project was very opinionated and wouldn’t do what we asked him to do . Stay away from this company if possible. He told us one price and then when it was time to pay him, he gave us a different price. Six months later he come back for the difference. When we refused to pay, he said he was going to put a lien on our house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WORSE COMPANY I EVER WORK WITH. Blake does not know how to run his own business. He doesn't know what people owed him and then 6 months later he comes and claims more money.

Tanner Wasson did an awesome job dealing with my insurance company after the last storm. They took care of all of the unpleasantries and made sure the insurance company did what they were supposed to do. They jumped all over this project. Very professional build.

Due to being in the way of a tropical storm, I was searching for a roofing company. I went from good to bad to finally reaching Tanner with Southern Roofing Company. Southern Roofing was great to work with through the whole process of getting my roof installed. They thoroughly explained what materials were going to be used and gave me great color options for shingles based on the color of my house.
Blake went above and beyond working with my insurance company to get my claim approved and was very responsive to my many text messages. Once the claim was approved, the install team showed up the next day and worked steadily until the job was finished. They did a great job of cleaning up after the fact. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Wants to make sure everything is done correctly from the beginning to the completion. Would diffently use them again, hope I don't have to but we would definently recommend.

I was absolutely blown away by this company and all of the workers employed. They were very personable and talked to both my grandmother and myself through the entire process to make sure we understood everything that was going on.
