Southern Restoration and Rebuild were prompt, responsive, and professional. They also explained the process of water damage mitigation in advance so we knew what to expect. Nobody wants to go through this, of course, but having people who are honest and upfront about expectations and the processes really helps. They worked well with our insurance and helped us out at a stressful time after water damage from a broken pipe.

A friend referred us to Southern Restoration and Rebuild after we had part of our daughter’s ceiling collapse in her bedroom due to water damage we didn’t know about. The owner, Cole, was so helpful. They have explained the work that they would be doing before doing it and with the rest of the work to be done, they have kept me in the loop every step of the way! Southern restoration finished a complete roofing system for me and the experience was great. From the professional quote with pictures and measurements of my roof, to scheduling and execution. The crew was extremely respectful and took time to cover all of our plants to catch debris and made sure the place looked better than when they started. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for roofing, renovation, or restoration projects.

Cole and team have been working to mitigate damage to my home after the recent tornado. In spite of the massive amounts of work they've got in front of them, they've done an excellent job of communicating with me about their progress, challenges, and in answering my questions. There have been some delays (to be expected in a situation like this), but I've been kept informed promptly throughout.

I could not be happier with the work SSR did for us! Our entire house flooded, and we were panicked. Cole and Amanda walked us through every step and communicated with us along the way so we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. They worked with our insurance and made sure nothing was missed and that everything was covered that had been damaged. They handled the water remediation and a full home renovation, working with multiple subcontractors and managing many moving parts so nothing got lost in the shuffle. As an added bonus, Amanda provided excellent design work. If you need a professional in that regard like I did, she’s amazing! Our house is beautiful! What could have been a disaster worked out beautifully! I can’t recommend SRR highly enough!
