I've never been in such a beautiful display in my life. It felt like I was in a diorama for the rich and famous. The woman inside made me feel so warm and jolly that I will surely recommend all of my business to this place.

Southern Development has been an asset to their community since opening their doors over 20 years ago. I absolutely love everything about this company and all of the people involved with it.
This is our first home purchase with Southern Development Homes, and so far we are very impressed with everyone we have interacted with, especially Anna and Shelby!
Prior to purchasing, Shelby took us through all of the finishes that are included with the home. Once we signed a contract, Anna helped us pick finishes that look great together and kept us within our budget! Even during the lockdown, Shelby and Anna worked meticulously to present our options virtually, and provided guidance each step of the way.
