Ryan showed up right away after I called! Gave a thorough inspection and assisted me through the entire claims process. And when my insurance only wanted to repair, he helped show them I needed a full roof and got it covered! Now I have a beautiful new upgraded roof and a discount on my insurance policy! Great company! They knocked on my door due to missing shingles. We had damage to our roof from hurricane Helene and knew we needed to get it taken care of but didn’t even know where to begin. They took care of everything to get it paid for through our insurance. They were quick and efficient! Robert Numerick was our inspector and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was like talking to a friend! Great guy and wonderful at what he does! I was skeptical so I did a lot of research on this company before signing with them and will recommend them to everyone and anyone with roofing needs! Great job yall and thank you!

This roofing company exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Our roof was extremely damaged during hurricane Helene. It had some prior damage over the years since DR Horton doesn’t use the best roofing material. We ended up having several leaks and it was a stressful time for us. Working with this company made the stressful process so much easier. Ashley was always a phone call or text away when we had questions or concerns and they truly went to bat for us in order to get our insurance to pay as much as possible. As for the work they had everything completed extremely fast and we were impressed with how efficient the team was. We stayed home during the work and honestly they weren’t as loud as other neighbors crews who had theirs replaced. I was surprised but thankful I could still get the kiddos to nap. They were extremely thorough, took tons of pictures for documentation during the replacement and cleaned up everything completely. We didn’t even find any roofing nails with our metal magnet in the yard after they left which is amazing. So many roofing companies have left nails in our neighborhood and caused plenty flat tires. The payment also was seamless and she allowed us to pay over three payments which made things easier especially around the holidays. I’ve had so many neighbors inquire about them after seeing how efficient the crew was and nice our roof looks completed. We opted for a higher quality replacement than what we previous had and it gives us such peace at mind our shingles wont fly off at the first sign of wind. They were super thorough in repairing any damage from the leaks and making sure things were done correctly. She even came by to do a final walkthrough and make sure we were satisfied with the new roof. One thing is for certain, this company is honest and does great work. They aren’t looking to charge you outrageous prices or make money off of your unlucky circumstance. They are worth every dime spent and I am so thankful we chose to work with them rather than some other local companies who could care less if their work held up after being paid. There is no incentive for me to speak highly on their behalf. I just hate how many families get taken advantage of and I KNOW these guys will have you in safe hands. So thankful for this company! We will be using them for any of our future needs no doubt.

Professional experience from start to finish. Crew was fast and yard looked spotless once they were done. I would recommend 100% for any roofing needs you may have.

My review is not of the work they do I’m sure that’s great, but of the communication. As soon as he noticed my roof would be a repair and not a replacement he ghosted me. I called and texted multiple times with no response throughout a whole week. Which put me behind that same week with missing ridge caps which let rain water get in since I waited for a reply. I waited because he was there when my adjuster went out to conduct the inspection and he said he would have the quotes over to Allstate etc.

A simple reply stating that you can’t conduct the work because it’s not profitable is better than what you did in my opinion like other companies.

This has to be one of the best roofing/construction companies in the entire southeast. From the beginning of our roof replacement until completion everyone was professional, kind, and thorough. I’m blessed to have contracted with them and highly recommend this company.

Let me start by saying Southern Custom Construction and Roofing is awesome. We are located in Graniteville SC and Kieran Brown came to see us the Saturday after Helene you would think you were talking with your brother he answered all of our questions with ease. Him and the owner came out the day before my surgery and tarp our house so we wouldn't have to worry about it during my recovery. Kymbery Garay is an awesome project manager she sent us pictures of the progress and was also present the 2 days for installation. Our roof looks awesome. Inti Acuna brought us our warranty paperwork and very easy and friendly to work with as well. If you need an awesome company that's like family I would give them a call. ASAP!!!

Inti provided us an excellent service in helping getting our roof replaced. The service was fast, easily explained, and the work provided was of top quality. I was able to get my roof replaced with no issues at all!

Michael is THE BEST he came out and did my inspection and was able to get my roof replaced and covered by insurance a few weeks before Helene hit if not for him and everyone at southern custom coming out and doing an OUTSTANDING job on my roof I probably would’ve lost my roof and home in Helene they did such a great job on my roof I didn’t lose a single shingle in the wind gusts Helene brought I can not thank them enough Michael even called and checked on us after the storm to make sure we were ok we love southern custom I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ♥️♥️♥️

I had an awesome experience with the service provided by Southern Custom Construction and Roofing. Due to storm Helene, a tree fell on the power line which pulled the weather head and riser from my roof. David Guinn is amazing, so professional but personal to my needs. He came out to assess the damages within 30 minutes after contacting the office and the company crew fixed my roof the next day and did a beautiful job. This company provided pictures before, during and after the work was completed. I highly recommend SSC& Roofing.

It’s never fun coming home and finding a hole in your ceiling with a puddle on your floor. So thankful for all the help Southern Comfort Construction gave, how they helped me deal with the insurance company, and everything else they did to get my roof fixed. There’s a great peace of mind in no longer worrying about my roof.

This company is just plain amazing. Mike Antero knocked our door after a really bad storm, he asked to check our roof out, we let him up, found damage contacted insurance, mike handled everything with the adjuster, we got the roof approved and mike and the team did everything they could to get us in our budget. We are forever grateful for the help, work was quick and clean and looks fantastic, Mike has been nothing short of amazing to work with. Super polite and a great character to be around. Hope to have business again in the future!

Ryan went above and beyond to get our home insurance to cover our roof replacement. He came out at least 3 separate times to meet with adjusters and inspectors, sent emails and made phone calls. Unfortunately insurance wouldn't pay and we went ahead and his guys replaced our roof quickly and cleaned up everything perfectly! Would recommend to anyone 10000%!

A huge hail storm hit. Their agent, Joshua Stiller, contacted me. Did an excellent job assessing the damage, and was here when the insurance agent came. The roofers were very professional, did a great job and clean up. Kim also came by during the work. Highly recommend.

We recently had a hail storm here in Grovetown and Von was very helpful and knowledgeable about what damage to look for on the roof shingles. Luckily it was only minor damage.

When Thomas knocked my door I thought it was to good to be true and it was. He got me a new roof for the cost of my deductible. The guys installed it in 1 day and Thomas gave me a 5 year labor warranty packet with the manufacturer warranty included... Thomas was great help and I will definitely be telling my family and friends..... Thanks Southern customs

Company going door to door. We were told they replaced roof for my neighbors after a recent storm to get us to schedule an inspection. After the inspection I asked which house in the neighborhood they had done. They told me that they’ve done about 6. However, when I asked them specifically which ones to call as references they admitted they actually hadn’t done any. The Christmas lights were knocked down during inspection and left hanging in the front. When I asked for a quote I was told insurance will cover it all that I have to do is pay the deductible. Too many red flags for me. Giving two starts because the employees that came out were very nice. My review is nothing negative towards them it seemed like they were just doing & saying as told.

We feel more protected in our home after SCC Roofing installed our new roof. They were professional, knowledgeable, quick, respectful of property, took safety measures, kind, and cleaned up as if they weren’t ever here. Did I mention they were prompt and fast!!
