This company provided great service. They were able to help out beyond measures and any issues were resolved in a timely matter.

Blair and team were excellent. They were very quick to respond to a mold case, not only helped mitigate quickly, but also their expert construction team worked simultaneously to order all the material need to start the reconstruction immediately after the mitigation was complete. They reduced the time drastically for repairs due to thorough planning and expert knowledge. Each step of the way they maintained great communication and photos so I was informed to make educated quick decisions. Thank you, very much for all!

We work with Blair on a number of projects and he is a wonderful builder. His visions are more than we would ever expect and we enjoy seeing his designs come to reality. His customers enjoy working with him which allows us to build great relationships with them as well. We look forward to working with him in the future as well.

This review is based on a personal experience I had. I had contacted Blair regarding a lot he was selling (at the time I did not know he was a homer builder), the lot was posted on Zillow. He notified me he had another lot for sale in same area if I wanted to look at that lot as well. Looked at the lot and liked it and called him to see what next step be & he told me we would need to get a lot loan to purchase the lot or get a construction-perm loan if I was going to build on it right away. I let him know we weren't looking to build right away as I would need to sell my house etc and he said then we would need a lot loan but mentioned he was a builder if we did want to build on the lot (never stated he was only interested in selling to those who will build with his company). Went through the process to get a lot loan and called him and told him we would still be interested as we got approved only for him to tell us he wouldn't sell to us unless we used him as a builder. Mind you this wasn't mentioned before. I can't speak for his craftsmanship however I would not do business with someone that tries to bully someone into using them as a builder after we went through the entire process to get approved to buy the lot which is what we had initially discussed. When I find a lot in the future, I will make sure to NOT use this builder.
