The guys that did the work were very professional and paid very close attention to deal as well. I have 5 skylights that needed to be replaced as well and they look fantastic! I noticed a shingle sitting in my gutter that must’ve recently blown out of place. Southern Coast Roofing installed my roof 13 years ago, so I called them and Ty came out right away. He had one of his workers come the next day, made the repairs, and resolved some additional issues that he found, all at a reasonable price. Great service. Roof still looks great.

Southern Coast Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. It was a big decision for me but Ty (the owner) is so professional and friendly that he made the whole thing so easy. He gave me a very reasonable price and answered all my questions. The whole process was very smooth and fast. I have a big roof but they got the job done in 2 days. They worked so clean and organized. They didn’t leave any debris or trash behind. They cleaned up so well, even behind the shrubs. They even removed all the nails on the driveway with a magnet on both days so we could park our cars overnight. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation. You would not regret it.

The Southern Coast Roofing Company did an excellent job on our roof. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job, and the cleanup was thorough. We originally had some problems but Ty went over and above to remedy the situation to our satisfaction.

We had a nasty and hard to locate leak pop up during a heavy rainstorm. Even though they were very busy, Southern Coast sent a man out within a day who was able to do a temporary patch and prevented further damage.
A week later, after Hurricane Milton had passed, they came back out and completed a permanent fix

Southern Coast did a very nice roof repair on my new electrical mast. They were fast and job was done correctly. Blended the repair right into my existing roof singles.

Ty did a thorough review of the roof, chimney and inside the attic to confirm that no roof leaks were present - determined that only the chimney cap should be replaced and sealed to prevent torrential rain from leaks. The team worked very well and installed it without a bother.

Included with the estimate were brochures on all the materials to be used.
I liked that it was a complete roofing system with matching components by GAF, and an extraordinary warranty.
Ty was informative and polite.
His forman and crew worked tirelessly all day, removing the old roof installing the new, and cleaning up very well afterwards.
Communications was excellent during the entire project including a copy of the completed building permit.
