I’m very pleased with my roof! It was damaged during a storm March 2023. The siding was also blown off and this would make the third repair because it would come off whenever there was heavy wind. Someone recommended South Breeze and they completed the work within two weeks. That included waiting on siding to come in.
I was given several shingle options to choose from, and when they finished, everything was cleaned and taken away as if they’d never been there.
Whoever put the siding up initially did not do a good job, which is why it easily blue off. We’ve had several strong winds and so far my Siding has stayed up. I highly recommend South Breeze.

South Breeze re-roofed three houses for
me. They did such a good job on the first one that we had them install new roofing on two rentals we own.We had some trouble with flashing around our chimney and when they found out they made double sure to put extra effort into the new flashing. They get 5 gold stars from me.

Reshingled. Ok for a about a week and a half. Then after a hard rain there were leaks. They delayed coming out for about a week after I called them. Then while eating lunch I heard someone on the roof. No more than five minutes later I went outside and discovered whomever had been there was gone. I called and was told the leak was fixed. It was still leaking. It took several more visits, replacing plywood etc to stop the leaking
Also ceiling painting and mold prevention were done. A note from my attorney seemed to speed them up
At this time there is a small piece of facial still needing replacement and I have been ghosted. Week before last I left Barry another message about that letting him know I would not be doing a review until after the 12th to give them another chance. I have not heard from them

We used South Breeze on three separate occasions this past year. They 1) put a new roof on after a severe hailstorm, 2) repaired a hole in the roof and ceiling damage due to a falling tree limb, and 3) repaired a ceiling damaged by a water line leak. In all three instances they did a very prompt and professional job and worked directly with our insurance company. We were extremely pleased with the results and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their services

Due to hail damage last year we had to our roof replaced. Working with South Breeze was a dream! Their representative explained their process and they were in and out in a day with little disruption. Roof looks great, all the trash and nails picked up just like they were never here! Great local company with friendly folks …. Give them a try and you will be happy you did!
