Cyndi was also incredible! She was incredibly kind, and She did amazing work on the carpet. She was in and out in no time! Good group of folks you got here.

They were great so nice and answered all my questions. Glenn and his team know what they are doing. We had a tree come through our roof into our bed room and it looks like nothing ever happened. They also worked with my insurance and navigated that for me too!

I’m happy to recommend Paul Davis Restoration to anyone! When our second floor bath tub started leaking through the first floor ceiling, PDR came to our house to begin their damage assessment the same evening we called. They were clear in communication and would call and text me personally to work around my and my husband’s schedule to complete the work needed. Glen, our project manager, was always on top of everything, and Ryan, our painter and general contractor, worked quickly over three days, all to ensure we were satisfied with the quality of the restoration.
I can’t thank them enough, and I would recommend them for their professionalism, their quality of work, and reasonable prices!

Mr. Glenn and his crew did an awesome job on my wood and tile floors. They were available and answer all my question and explain everything they did. The ladies that move the furnitures were courtesy and professional. I had a water leak in my son room while they here working and they completed that job without me schedule a future appointment.

Paul Davis retrieved my remaining belongings when my house was destroyed, properly cleaned and cared for each item and package them so respectfully and carefully. They truly care about their customers, have good communication and work in a timely fashion. Paul Davis Restoration took great care of me! As a new homeowner confronted with a leaking upstairs bathroom, I had a lot of trepidation about the costs and professionalism of the repair. Paul Davis communicated a clear estimate upfront, coordinated with my insurance company, updated me routinely about progress and sought to ensure the repair met all my expectations and needs. Their repair team including Tim, Glen and Cindy were all very pleasant and helpful, and I enjoyed having them around. I can recommend them wholeheartedly for any repairs you may need, and I know who my first call will be to the next time I need some work done around my house.

After lightning hit the house and made a hole in the roof, Allstate sent these guys out to tarp the roof up. They did a fast and exemplary job. Unfortunately the Hancock Claims inspector (Allstate contractor) tore it all up to take photos complaining all the time about how many nails they had put in, how many holes they had made in the roof and how big an area they had covered up. He did a poor job of reattaching it so the tarp blew off the area after a few days with wind. (Seems the guys who do it for a living actually knew how many nails were needed.) Then Paul Davis had to come out to reattach the tarp. I've asked Allstate to have them do the repair work.

Paul Davis did a great job with our restoration from a water leak. They got started the very next day after we found the water damage. The employees that were on site were courtesy and did a good job.

Glen was an amazing job with my house! Very knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my questions (I had many!) He helped me get my house back together the way I wanted it! Tim also did an excellent job working with my insurance company!

We had a slow start but Paul Davis finished strong. The mold was removed and repairs completed perfectly. My painter told me it was the best sheet rock work he had ever seen.

We had a water leak, that night Amber and Q came out with extraction fans and started the job immediately. So thankful for everyone there to help. Sarah was great at helping me pick out my new flooring and was very patient with me. Mitch was our contractor and did an amazing job overseeing our home, letting us know the progress and got it done in a timely manner AND Mary, Maria and Amber Moveno, are a GOD sent, they packed and move everything out, then when done, put everything back in its place. I can not recommend or thank this amazing team enough for getting my home back!!!

The Mitigation Crew and Contents Crew did an amazing job. These men and women are very hard workers and extremely kind and professional. Daniel, Amanda and Mary were all wonderful. They explained their findings and answered all of my questions. I am so very thankful and appreciative.

Our experience with Paul Davis was an absolute trainwreck. They didn't communicate with us unless I initiated it. They didn't communicate with each other about scope of work. They left our house standing open overnight with the key in the lock. When I confronted the owner, they quit without notifying me. I found out through my insurance adjustor when I called for a progress report.

They did a great job and were very professional and got the job done in a quick and timely manner. They couldn't of done a better job! They always responded back when I texted or called and had any questions or concerns as well. I was very pleased with all of the work that was done too!!!

The Paul Davis team in Flowood, MS did a fantastic job restoring our home after water damage ruined our flooring. They were right on schedule with no delays, had no downtime, completed everything to our satisfaction, and were really a pleasure to work with.

All these folks understood how traumatic water damage can feel and they communicated with us in a way that made me feel they knew what we were going through. And the repair work! Top notch! Our floors looks better now than they did prior to damage. Great repair work, from estimate to floor repair to stain color. And Trey nailed the stain color to keep my wife happy!
Mary and the contents team did a great job securing our items during the repair and replacing them afterwards. All them were always concerned with our satisfaction.
And Sarah, in the office, kept checking in and making sure it was all proceeding according to our expectations. Amazing company and amazing work. Highest recommendation if restoration, repair or the like is required in your home.

Very happy with the completed work they done. They were very nice each day and explained what they would be working on each morning. Mr. Glenn would also keep me informed about the paperwork and updates on the progress. Kagan would come each morning and get started. Very nice all around guy. Very nice manners also. Mr. Frank was very quiet but a great worker. He was also very nice. I had one more man his name was Antonio Hughes. He worked one day here and than had to move on to other jobs. Very good painter.

This group are 100% customer aware.
We had a flood and were exasperated by the time it took for insurance to assess, re assess and get some funds to us to start a rebuild. After living in a house with bare concrete floors, partially removed walls, no kitchen or bathroom cabinets and having only a utility sink to use for kitchen and bathroom needs for eight weeks, I had the good fortune of speaking with Sarah who really got things going.
The next day Tin the assessor was at my home. A week later I met Sarah at the office and picked anew flooring. At tht time she said about 6 more weeks until assigned, work done and completion. Well, to my great surprise, Gleen the project manager called the next week and they started the following Monday, and less than 2 weeks later we are back to normal. Well before we thought possible.
These folks know their job, the drywall/painting guys were amazing, the carpenters were exceptional, the flooring guy was wonderful. And, can't say enough about Glenn the project manager. The communication level was terrific and the after project care I have recieved has been exceptional.

Very professional water extraction team… Daniel, Lane, Joshawn, Omar and Lincoln did an outstanding job… they kept on touch, arrived when they said they would, got straight to work, removed debris, were very polite and a pleasure to work with!
Greg Pace, appraiser, was very professional as well… he arrived on time and actually was ahead of schedule … came in like a tactical strike team and got the job done quickly… he made diagrams, measured everything, informed me of the process, was courteous, knowledgeable about the insurance business, and truly a pleasure to work with.

This is my second time to use PD in 7 years. When I found where an A/C drain piped had leaked & caused damage, I knew who to call. PD’’s in-house & on-location teams are timely, courteous, professional, & love their work! They take pride in what they do & communicate well so customers have a complete understanding of what needs to be done. It’s refreshing to do business with a company that values customer service.

When my house suffered water damage and mold, I called Paul Davis Restoration. I spoke with Sarah who immediately put me at ease and came out to survey the damage. They sent Mary and Amber, two very knowledgeable and professional young women, to meet me at the house to ask questions about the damage to my contents. They got to work and quickly took care of everything. After they took care of my contents, the mold mitigation team met me at my hotel and explained what had been found and what needed to be done. Daniel and Amber got to work and kept me informed at every stage. The mold problem was completely resolved in a very timely manner. Now once it was time for the rebuild, WOW is all I can think! I met Glenn, the project manager, who between his input and Sarah’s advice, I have the bathroom of my dreams. My favorite thing about this team, and they all worked as a team, was I asked them to be honest with me. And every step of the way, they were! I never could have imagined such a beautiful design. Sarah has a way with design that made my room magazine worthy and Glenn pays attention to every aspect and detail and it shows in the finished result. They went above and beyond! I can’t thank them enough! Paul Davis does top notch work and I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

When three mature Oaks fell on our home due to a Tornado the Paul Davis folks were there quickly. They tore out all of the wet stuff down to the bare studs, including ceilings, light fixtures, bathroom cabinets, sinks, tub, shower stall and more. Their work definitely mitigated the damage. Paul Davis did a great job on my house after hot water pipe busted. I thought it was a small leak but it went a lot further than I realized. So professional and helpful. Explained each step of the process and stayed in touch to give me updates. The quality of my floors are wonderful and I LOVE Them!! I will use PD again. Recommend!

Paul Davis did a great job from start to finish. Cal checked in everyday to make sure everything in our house was drying out properly. Sarah in office was a huge help, she helped us with everything from picking flooring to communicating with our insurance to keep the process moving. Glen was a great project manager, helping us with any questions or issues we had along the way, always making sure we were happy with what was done in the end. Kagan and the paint crew did a good job putting the final touches on. This was my first time ever having renovation done due to a pipeline backup into the house & the staff at Paul Davis did an excellent job at walking me through every step & process that they would be doing!! The line of communication & accessibility was by far the best service I've experienced. Sarah was always available to answer any questions that I had, helped me pick out materials, & gave advice when I had no clue as to what I wanted.They offered a wide variety of flooring, tile, carpet, counter tops & so much more. Jackie did well with the pricing for everything!! I'm very indecisive & a bit picky when it comes to choosing but the level of patience that this company had with me is superb. Glen made sure that the items I picked coordinated with one another & was the perfect fit!!! PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION was initially picked by my insurance company as a business with a good reputation and that warranted their work. Project manager Dwight Humphries was the contact person and he came out on the agreed scheduled time to assess the roof damage that I had and the interior damages that the leaks had caused. Dwight gave me a full assessment of the damages and he didn't cut corners on determining the needs. He did more in his assessment than two other contractors that I had come out did combined. Dwight stated that when dealing with the insurance company, he wasn't going to make me any promises, but he will lay out all of my needs and fight for me. Needlessly to say, my insurance company approved his estimates which covered all of my damages, inside and out. Upon approval of the estimates, my insurance company informed me that it was my decision to use whatever contractor that I preferred, but I already knew that I wanted to use PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION. The job is completed, inside and out and it was done on the scheduled time given. During the scheduled work, I was routinely kept updated by Dwight and another projected manager named Walter Halbert. They routinely stopped by and inspected the work progress and critiqued what did not meet their specification and they made sure I was completely satisfied upon completion of the work. What amazed me most was that their concern was not getting paid for the job, but more about the customer being satisfied. I would recommend PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION to anyone needing their expertise and I'm definitely calling them when I need any of their services.
