Dylan came out to give us quote for our roof. Was the only person that went in our attic and brought material to see the different roofs. He is very friendly and helpful! Always answers all of our questions. Not only 3000 less then other quotes we got but did a wonderful job and great cleanup. All workers are so nice. Now they are doing more work for us. Fixing fence that we just paid someone who did not do a good job. Also some siding work and painting house. Can not recommend enough!! Great company to work with! Our neighbor already signed to get his roof with them!

We had 3 well regarded local companies provide quotes for our roof replacement. Exterior Home Solutions came in the middle in cost but included upgraded shingles. They were also the only one to quote a single day and didn’t use contractors. They finished the job in 6 hours including installation of a skylight. The cleanup was thorough and the roof looks great!

They took extra care to mitigate potential problems from our oddly-shaped roof, and cleaned up very thoroughly afterward (including getting permission from our neighbor to retrieve a few stray pieces that fell over the nearby fenceline).

I did a lot of research before settling on Exterior Home Solutions. Some had cheaper prices but didn’t offer guarantees to come back and fix mistakes or mishaps, etc. Most had higher prices and quoted me an average of eight thousand, even sixteen thousand
Dollars more than the price they quoted. But what really convinced me was that a coworker had used them and kept raving about them. When I called, Evan called me immediately and the communication was swift, professional, consistent, and cordial the entire time. Some companies didn’t even bother calling me back. This morning, they not only came right on time. And got to work, they trimmed trees without charging me extra and even hauled away two plastic totes I needed to dispose of when they cleaned up the debris. And the work was beautiful. I nearly cried. The roof looks so great. Best of all, the entire process for my eight hundred square foot house was seven and a half hours . That included the clean up and all the little extras they did for me. Highly recommend.

Manny and crew were extremely professional and responsive. They did an outstanding job replacing our siding and windows that needed replacement due to water intrusion. I got five other estimates for the job and manny was the only one that didn’t Try to “sell me” on anything and make a big deal out of the job like some others contractors did. He was extremely responsive and showed up multiple times to check on his crew and their progress. His pricing was very reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with the job that they did. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely utilize them for future work, in fact our neighbor plans on hiring them for a job after seeing how well ours went. It should also be noted that the crew took great care to keep everything clean and organized while they were working and cleaned up at the end of each work day.

Manny & Evan were professional, honest, responsive and very good to work with. They quoted a fair price to replace the roof which was in-line with 2 other quotes we received. During the installation they encountered an issue with thin, rotting plywood which affected a large area of the roof, so they brought me up to show the extent of the issue and offered options. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They are straight-shooters and I highly recommend them.

Evan and his team was great to work with! They communicated well and were very respectful of our property. He even stayed a little later to do a thorough sweep of the property to make sure there was no debris or staples/nails our toddler could step on. It was quality work, done in just one day, for a price that was way better than any other bids we got. Now we have a 40 year warranty roof!

I never write reviews but Manny at Exterior Home Solutions and his team was truly the best contractor I’ve ever come across and we were so extremely happy with the work they did on our home that I couldn’t let it go unsaid. We were having water leaking inside our home from rooted window trim on the exterior. From my panicked first conversation with Manny to his inspection he was the kindest business owner I have ever spoke to. He listened and responded with thoughtful responses that made me feel at ease from the get go. He was so kind even with all of my questions and only explained things more never making me feel rushed (I tend to worry and need a lot of details to feel good about things like big home repairs). I felt that I could really trust his work and that he was a good person to work with. I was definitely right as they turned out to provide us with exceptional work and a team we will always be able to go back to and trust. We will be working with his partner in a month or so to replace our roof and I have no doubts it will be the same type of experience, especially from my initial conversation with his partner who handles all of the roofing who was just as professional and kind. For any exterior home help they are the guys to use!

EHS knocked on our door offering to bid out our roof while they were working on a different project in our neighborhood. Our roof had just started to leak the previous winter so we decided it was a good idea to replace it before the rain came back. We were happy with the bid and hired them. Initially, the project was for a rip off of the shingles/tar paper, replace the sheathing where needed, and then extend the eves, re-waterproof, and shingle. However, the roof was in worse condition and they needed to do a lot more than just a simple re-shingle job. Our house is old and has a lot of issues starting from poor initial construction quality (a "war box" built quickly and cheaply during WWII), through multiple owners that never kept it up well. While those challenges made this job more complicated and expensive, we felt EHS worked with us to fix what they could along the way, including adding new framing and a complete roof tear off. And they got it all done in just two days. They spent a lot of time cleaning up after themselves and actually left our yard looking better than when they started. As we assessed the final product, we found a few items that concerned us (like I said, old house and there was a lot of retrofitting to shore up the areas that were damaged). Anytime there are these large projects, we expect hiccups along the way, especially with our house. When shared our concerns, EHS wanted to take steps beyond anything we were asking for to address those concerns. It's probably the first time I've ever had to talk a contractor out of going above and beyond. :-) In the end, we feel like we got a good deal, we're happy with how the roof looks, we love our new gutters, and I can't speak highly enough of their dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to customer service.

I cannot recommend highly enough. Exterior Home Solutions was recommended to me by a solar panel company, and while we did not pursue installing solar, we are extremely happy with our new roof! When we moved in, there were two layers of old roof on our house. This company removed the old, and installed the new 50 year roof, and did an amazing job of cleanup. They were very professional and competitively priced. We had previously got an estimate from a different roofing company who wanted us to install more ridge vents. Evan Butner at Exterior Home recommended against that, explaining that if the attic is dry, we have the right number of vents already. That saved us a lot of money and made so much sense.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, solid contractor. They worked with us throughout the whole process and allowed us to flex a little bit when we wanted to make some modifications. The crew came in and worked on our windows in a quick and professional manner. 22 windows were completed in 2 days. They also installed new siding around the whole house and built a deck with a roof.

I looked forever for a trustworthy contractor and we finally went with our gut from the bid process and we couldn't have been happier. I would recommend them for any exterior needs that you would want.

They showed up at 7am started working at 7:15am was completely done by 2:10 pm and spent 30 minutes cleaning. When all was cleaned the owner Evan did a final sweep to make sure it was cleaned. Couldn’t be a finer roofer/roofing company in all of Clark County. Evan, owner of the company, did the entire job (including completely cleaning up) in one day (two story home with a covered back porch) with his team. Also included the lowest quote/estimate of anyone we asked. Evan was there the entire time, overseeing the work and communicating with me all throughout. We found some rot on one side of the house’s overhang and only charged cost for the unexpected discovery. We are extremely elated with our whole experience. From Donavan the sales guy to Evan the owner. They are punctual and concencious. The job was extended a day because of the temp on the roof. The color we picked requires a lower temperature so that the shingles won't be damaged. Instead of just completing the day in the heat they stopped work to ensure it was do correctly.
