I had the opportunity to form a relationship with S.O.S Roofing and Construction recently in March of this year. The entire process was exceptional; timely and without incidence! In late February, I was referred to David Pollard, who I understand to be the owner, by a long time friend and neighbor; she was getting her new roof finalized as well. I was blown away by how David responded to the First phone call: he actually answered despite being out of town at the time!

David explained the insurance process with enough care and detail for me to understand right away. He took the time to reach out my insurance company and connect with an adjuster. Not many companies provide that value to their customers, however it saved everyone a lot of time; David is knowledgeable about the language that an insurer needs to hear in order to move forward. Awesome!!

Lastly, I met several other individuals on the S.O.S team who played a role in getting everything done. Everyone I met reflected the character of David the owner: Dalton who assisted with the estimating, Austin, who oversaw the roofing crew, the individual roofers, Manuel, who did the interior painting and repairs, and Janice who handled the office/ admin. Everyone worked in sync as one precision machine. Everything that was stated was honored to the letter. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to David and the S.O.S team!!
