We found these guys on line and saw the good reviews, history and they are a FAMILY business here in Arizona, not come corporate company. We liked the crew and everything looks good.

They are very professional. Informed us of what the process was to be in replacing our roof. Very open to what ever questions we asked. Each step was carefully looked over before the next step began. They did a new roof on my house and several major improvements inside my home including replacement of all my cast iron sewer pipe!! That was quite a job!!They were friendly, professional and did an awesome job! They cleaned up the whole mess and left my house as good as new!

We were very pleased with the roof structural changes and architectural shingle replacement work they did for us in July of 2017. This was our first experience with Sonoran Peak. We chose this Company after observing them work on our neighbor’s house. We were very impressed with the amount of time Barry, the owner, and Project Manager Chase spent on the job site monitoring the project work quality and progress.

Our project included shingle and underlayment replacement on the house, the detached two car garage and the garden shed. In addition, the house needed major framing changes to the chimney and the full length roof rake next to the chimney. Other lesser changes were made to correct issues from the original build 21 years ago.

The framing crew and roofing crew arrived early Monday morning as promised. All the framing modification work was completed on Monday and the roofing crew finished the shingle replacement at 10:00 am on Tuesday. We greatly appreciated how quickly they were able to complete the work because we had a one inch monsoon season rain that started four hours later. Based on the quality of the work and the timeliness of completing the work, we will definitely hire Sonoran Peak to do another house for us in the future.

We had a 684 square foot garage added to our home, with a 8 foot wide x 22 feet long 5 ft. 5 in. tall storage area above the garage. We also had the complete roof on our home replaced with tile. Barry Cohen gave us a price and time frame to complete the job which he did to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the work Barry did and would recommend him.

Had a leak in the garage ceiling, so I called Barry at #Sonoranpeak and set up a time for the guys to come by and take care of it. He was able to locate the source of the leak, diagnose the issue with our roof and within a few days it was like it never happened! Quick, clean and friendly... and with a warranty!

Beware!!!! These guys took our $5433 cash deposit and never came out to do any work. When we called to ask about it, we were told that the company was just bought from a man named Barry Cohen. And that they could not help us get in touch with him. Only problem is, Barry Cohen still owns the company. All the information on the invoice leads to Barry his number. his name. His license. They were operating under a different license number and tried to say that it wasn't the same company. They used to operate under roc # 174122 and the name Sonoran peak. That number is for C &C restoration. Also owned by Barry. Now they operate under rroc#305664.That number is associated with Sonoran peak. But they have only been operating under that number for a year. If you look up their address, its actually a UPS. These guys took a cash deposit and never did any work. I have called and spoken with the owner and he gave me the run around. He told me to take him to court if I want that money back. And threatened to sue me for millions if I posted this review. He has not helped resolve this matter at all. Do not give these guys your money.

Sonoran Peak Construction did a great job on my roof, patio and driveway extension. They will be working on our window replacement project very soon! This contractor will actually call you back!

I see 2 reviews on Sonoran Peak Construction & Roofing one positive & one negative. I also see the words of the owner or their liaison on the negative review identifying that an Insurance company pays for the work to be done correctly & completed to the legal Industry standards. Yet my fiance in Phx, Az hired Sonoran Peak to complete her roof nearly 3 yrs ago & yet it is NOT completed to this very day of 9/8/14. Every time it rains, just as today, it LEAKS due to BAD workmanship conducted by the crew on a near 2100 sq ft roof I state this FACT due to the constant leaking of her roof.his crew FAILED to roof correctly the 1st time around. So now pathetically it's time 3 or 4 for them to finally come out & repair this property to the standard that will be demanded by her & her insurance company, or other avenues will be sought for a permanent satisfactory resolution. Especially since the work has been paid in full for sometime now in the amount of better than $20,000!!

I hired Sonoran Peak to renovate my kitchen and turn the living room/dining room into a home theater. The work included cutting through the slab to move a gas line and downdraft vent, removing a sliding glass door to widen a header and install French doors, adding a wall to enclose the home theater, building soffits, adding 3 dedicated 20 amp circuits in the theater and a 220V line in the garage and reinforcing the ceiling to hold the projector, among other things. I also added an HVAC vent in the theater and two more returns. Some of the planning was done by an acoustician and required a lot of precision and attention to detail as well as some unusual methods and materials.

Sonoran Peak did a great job and worked closely with me to get just the result I was looking for. They have a solid knowledge of structural as well as fine carpentry, were neat and clean and showed up on time every day. The company principals were there a few times a week making sure everything was going according to plan. Very happy with the work.
