My mom needed a new roof. Scott and his team at Solutions Solar and Roofing came to analyze it. It appeared to them there was possible hail damage. They told my mom, and arranged for an insurance inspection. It was determined to be a valid case, paid for by insurance. Solutions Solar and Roofing were there with more than 1 person from their company to meet with my mom and/or the insurance inspectors at all times. They did an outstanding job, did not rush, and made my mom feel comfortable about all processes. They were trying to save my mom money by running this potential claim through insurance. They accepted the insurance payment as their payment. It could not have gone any better. We are 100% satisfied, and highly recommend Solutions Solar and Roofing.
