Solomon and his team both professionally cleaned a very extensive rodent infestation in our house, and then helped identify gaps and holes that needed to be professionally sealed. All the pest control companies we've used in the past to remedy the problem lacked both cleaning capabilities and lacked effective solutions to properly seal the house. Solomon used professional-grade sealant and was very thorough in inspecting our rim joists for gaps. Was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. He also did some professional cement work on our cracked foundation (which was revealed during the cleanup). Finally, he has continued to follow up with me after the project was completed, which provides some additional reassurance. He has very extensive knowledge of houses which came in handy given that he was working in areas that had electrical and plumbing exposed.

We had a great experience from start to finish with our gut out and remodel at our rental property. Solomon and his team really know what they are doing. Very efficient and professional. They did good work for us. They were a sub contractor through TACT. We had a pump leak and had to redo flooring on first floor of our townhouse. Solomon home improvement did the dry wall and painting. They had good communication and made sure we had the correct shade of paint.
