Mr. Soliman just finished doing the job for me and I'm so happy with how it came out. When I was going to write this review I just saw the previous ones and its so weird cuz he was so professional at what he do.
I HIGHLY recommend him! I am just so happy cuz even my friends that come over love the floors!!!!!
PLEASE PAY NO MIND to those negative comments. I WILL HIRE HIM OVER and OVER AGAIN!!!

Soliman General Contractor is a Big No, No!

The owner did a roof for me and it was a bad experience.

PRICE- He gave me a low quote to get the job then CHANGED the price after he started the work.

What a loser and a liar. I should have known better.

It's people like Jo that make it hard for homeowners to trust contractors.

Stay far away from him.

Don't trust the pictures in here because it's NOT all his work.

If you’re looking for an honest and experienced general contractor who is not difficult to communicate with, who is not always begging you for money every little thing he does unfinished, taking on more jobs than he can possibly handle while bouncing back and forth to your job, delaying your project way beyond the promised schedule, stay far away from Jo, the owner of Soliman General Contractor.

Don't hire him or you'll regret it.
Beware of his fast talking skills and fake references to lure you in to hiring him and get a deposit. Ignore the nice contractor's truck, it's not reflective of his poor remodeling skills.

He'll tell you only what he wants you to hear and once he gets your deposit then on to the next one.

Save your money, time, house, and a big headache.

My experience
He would cut corners by not replacing what needed replacement as agreed on.

He never kept his word with anything he promised.

He gave me a low estimate just to get the job but later changed his price by trying to double and triple his price.

He has literally stolen from me and denied it even when their were witnesses.

He would not show up on many days so he can work on other projects and start new ones.

His work was so bad, I ended up firing him because all the problems I experienced and hire another contractor that later found so many errors in his poor workmanship.

I lost so much money and time because of Jo the scammer so I wrote this review so you don't have to go through what I have...

If by any strange chance you decide to try him anyway, do not give any deposit and whatever he does have it inspected by the city or a another certified contractor.

Make sure it's all in writing and nothing is left out.

Make sure he's insured and if possible add your home to his policy in case of damages.

Therefore, I rate Soliman General Contractor a 1 star across the board for lacking honesty, good communication, job completion,
Lacking quality workmanship, and not staying on scheduled as well as sticking to his word.

I urge any other person who have had bad experiences with Jo, tell your story.
