Rich got me an estimate the same day I called him and the price was great. His team was here less than a week later and they all did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up nicely. Rich was very responsive to calls and texts the whole time. I highly recommended Integrity!

Rich was one of the first people I reached out to due to high reviews. He was easy to contact both by phone and by text afterwards, and making a quick appointment was easy. He was exactly on time, and didn't even need to go in the attic to see where the leak was from, just needed to see the general area of the house. He found some popped up nails on the roof and sealed them with silicone and literally did not charge me a cent. I was expecting something in the $150-$225 range, which is usually the minimum someone will even come out to your house for. If I had had cash on me, I would have at least slipped him a $50 but I had no cash and he wouldn't take a card! He simply gave me his business card for future reference, which I will obviously use and I will recommend him to anyone. I seriously cannot believe this interaction, like having a handy uncle swing by to fix my issues and go about his day. What a great guy! I'm going to see if he has a PayPal or something I can transfer something to...

I would like to add that I had another company come out yesterday, a big company that covers all of NJ. They quoted me $1800 for the repair and tried to upsell me a new roof. LOL Rich said the roof is old but in good shape. I want to have Rich redo my whole roof just out of spite for those other awful people now haha.

Rich and his crew were courteous, prompt, and amazing. Before I reached out to Rich, I was at a loss

roof was 25+ years old and needed to be replaced. Rich gave me a fair price and the work was
exceptional. He made repairs that we didn’t expect to ensure the leak never comes back. They protected
my property with the removal of the old roof and left it cleaner than it was to begin with. I can’t say

I recently purchased my first home and found out from my inspector that my roof was in need of some serious help asap. I contacted Rich at integrity and he was at my house within days walking me through the roof and what needed to be done. As a young first time home buyer I was going into the process with very limited information but Rich took a lot of time to explain everything and ensure that I understood what the roof needed. We picked a date quickly and his team was incredible. Rich and his team worked efficiently and were all so kind and professional. Fantastic Roofing Company!

We met with 4 local roofers and ended up going with Integrity. We chose them due to the best price and when you call Integrity, you deal with the owner (Rich) and not a salesperson. Rich was consistently onsite and his team was excellent and professional. He provided an estimate and there were no surprises. We don’t give recommendations often, but Integrity deserved the highest rating for doing an outstanding job and would recommend them with confidence.

Rich and his team showed up promptly every morning and cleaned up during and at the end of every day. They lived up to all of their promises and worked in an extremely professional manner..
We could not find any fault .They did a great job.
On top of all this Rich contacted me after we paid him to point out that we accidentally overpaid him.
