We had a leak of our kitchen faucet which caused a water stain on the ceiling of the basement below. We contacted Mimar Construction and Ryan came over right away to take a look at what needed to be done. The drywall and insulation of the basement ceiling had to be replaced and the cabinet under the kitchen sink needed to be dried out. Ryan and his team scheduled the work, took lots of pictures, was in contact with us every step of the way, and completed the work very quickly. It looks much better now than it did even before the leak occurred. They even contacted our insurance company to handle the homeowners insurance claim. Great job and I would highly recommend!

I was recommended to call this company by a friend and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. It also was done at a decent prices as I went to 2-3 other companies for estimates. The manager, Memo*, was very punctual and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality service at a decent rate.
