I don't have to worry about the inside of my home getting wet anymore, thanks to Frank. Frank came out to my house the day I called him, after I had water in my living room after a nasty storm. Frank's crew installed a beautiful new roof and replaced two skylights in a timely manner. He did all this without breaking the bank. Frank's pricing is more than fair. Excellent Experience!! Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with! I first contracted Frank to redo our roof. His guys worked efficiently and kept the job site clean. This was important because we have a small dog and young children. We were so pleased with our first experience, we then decided to redo/expand our deck. Again, the craftsmanship was A+ and Frank created a large outdoor space for our family to enjoy. Both jobs were reasonably priced and quickly completed. I called frank to get an estimate on my roof. He responded quickly and was able to check the roof out within the week. I knew from our conversation that i wanted him to complete the job. After getting quotes from more than 10 roofers, Frank was one of the last contractors we spoke to about getting a roof replacement including new plywood. The approach he proposed sounded absolutely balanced and fair, which was a far cry from most of the other roofers we spoke to: who had given us contradictory advice and quoted extremely high numbers. He also quoted the best price and we didn’t feel the need to negotiate or haggle with him. He walked us through the process and his guys came out and finished the job in exactly the timeframe he predicted. There were a few odds and ends that were left out, but Frank made sure all of our concerns were alleviated before asking for payment. As for the quality of work - it’s pretty top notch. We’ve had other contractors (electricians/HVAC guys) in our attic complimenting the quality of materials and workmanship of the roof.

I recently called Frank upon discovering a roof leak that was causing damage to my ceiling, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial inspection to the final repair, his team displayed professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. We were referred to Frank from friends and had a great experience. Replacing a roof can be daunting, but Frank took the time to review and explain his approach to the project. He offered great solutions to venting our large roof properly and economically that the other big companies never suggested or downplayed to have a more expensive solution instead. He also explained why common "add-ons" by larger companies were either duplicative or just not needed. The solution to solve a 30+ year issue of channeling water properly so it doesn't shoot off the roof during heavy downpours has been working great.

I have a Victorian home that is 140 years old, and have had a problem with water rushing from the cupola on the roof. I have had two contractors come to fix it, but to my dismay the problem was never solved. I’ve had to replace window frames and wood rot on my porch both times after other company’s said it was fixed. I then hired Frank Conforti Contracting to work on the problem. I was very pleased with their excellent work and no more leaks or rotting wood! They also helped me with two minor problems at no additional cost. Replaced house and garage roofing. His men did the whole job in one day including a complete cleanup. We had a few glitches with gutter guards but we would definitely use him again. Also what we thought was a very good price.
