Scott and his team are great. They were patient and provided honest feedback with the constant revisions we made to a multi-part addition. The exterior work is stunning. Our new bathroom is beautiful, matches the character of our home, and is in no way cookie-cutter. What was once a dilapidated sunroom has become a comfortable bonus room and a favorite spot in the house for our kids. Additionally, Scott seamlessly coordinated the original work alongside emergency restoration work, providing peace of mind and guidance during a stressful situation. We look forward to future renovation work with SNS.

I had a very good experience working with Scott and team to re-model our bathroom. Of the many contractors I have worked with in my 30+ years of home ownership, this was my best experience. The crew was very respectful, very clean, and did high quality work. There were no coffee cups or cigarette butts laying around, inside or out. Workers were extremely well prepared and aware of the project details. I worked closest with Dimitri, who offered talented carpentry detail, and Alex who provided great support. Scott, his "carpentry crew" and "gutter guys" were absolutely fabulous. They were not only highly skilled and personable, but so very thorough. They replaced cedar siding, PVC & wood trim, wood decking and installed new gutters. They were so meticulous, they actually vacuumed the roof, as they worked, to ensure they left no debris! Who does that? SNS Building & Remodeling, that's who. We are beyond thrilled and have already asked them to come back to do more work on our home.

SNS did a complete interior remodel of a home I purchased in 2015. Massive project that included a new master bath, remodeled kitchen keeping existing cabinets, a wall removed, rehab’d all walls and ceilings, custom cabinets in some spots, all new paint, new floors, etc. The entire home still looks as good today as the day they finished. Absolutely the best quality from that team. They showed me along the way some of their special techniques or products and why they did/use them, and they were spot on. None of the trim ever settled or cracked, the sealant they used in the tile and grout install kept it all looking new over 9 years, and they steered us in perfect direction when it was something I needed to decide (such as what brand flooring was the most durable). I strongly recommend SNS for home remodeling and additions. I’d never use anyone else.

Scott Sykes and his brother did a wonderful job on our home.They renovated a mud room,bathroom and kitchen.Scott is a perfectionist and the work he and his brother did reflects his high standards. Scott came out and quoted our kitchen renovation. He laid out his pricing and payment schedule in his contact. He created a timeline for the job and hit the deadlines. His team was courteous and neat. They cleaned up daily. He communicated through out the process. Best part, we have a new beautiful kitchen!

As a fellow business owner, Scott and his team demonstrate all the qualities that I look for in order to have a smoothly run operation. I found SNS off of a social media recommendation... Scott was not only one of the few to even respond to my inquiry, BUT he met me on-site of our new construction home within a day or so. Scott filled in for many parts of my new construction where a prior contractor fell short.

He was able to assist with anything I asked of him...venting, sheetrock, trim, door installation, gutters, insulation. He was professional, timely, pleasant, skilled, and easy to communicate the entire time.

5+ stars!! I hired Scott for a basement renovation after my basement flooded. From the initial quote to the completion of the project (and everything in between) Scott was a true professional. Not only is his skill level second to none, he is an all around pleasant man to work with. Scott's punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail speaks volumes. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is the epitome of what a contractor should be. He transformed my basement into a beautiful family room! Highly recommend.
