We hired S&N Exteriors to put a new roof on our house in Puyallup and couldn’t be happier with their work. We had 5 quotes and are so happy we went with them.
Mike (salesman) and Nolan (owner) were very helpful and laid out the available products and the process and told us everything they would do.
They needed to replace a lot of the plywood, but their crew was quite tidy and when they were done, you’d never know they were here, except for our beautiful new roof. We now have a hugely efficient ridge vent system instead of the box vents, drip edges so water doesn’t get onto the plywood, and metal valleys allowing the water to drain properly to the gutters.
Nolan and Alex (his foreman) were at our house each day making sure the crew was doing what they needed to do. Sometimes at 9AM, sometimes as late as 6PM.
Because we needed to replace a lot of plywood, all of the new wood in the soffits would be visible, so we got 2 quotes to paint those areas, an average of $3000! Mike and his team allowed us to paint the plywood prior to the crew installing it, saving us a lot of money!
Based on the quality of the workmanship and the materials used, we will likely never need to replace our roof again. We can’t recommend S&N Exteriors enough.

I've worked with a lot of different contractors over the years and I can't speak highly enough about S&N Exteriors. Two words that come to mind in regards what they represent are honesty and integrity. The owners of this company has it in spades. Highly recommended.
