We have called Bruce's Roofing a couple of times to fix a few leaky spots in our roof. Each time they've been friendly and professional. They seem to take pride in their work and make sure the job is done right. Work is consistently high quality, and they went above and beyond! Pricing is reasonable/competitive. My only issue is with scheduling....maybe it was just our small jobs but scheduling was basically non-existent. They called day-of to say they were on the way. Would recommend and hire them again.

Bruce and Troy are fantastic. As a contractor it’s great have trade partners you can count on. Bruce and his team are a quick to respond and always on time. Valuable, and trusted asset to our everyday operation.

I can’t attest to their roofing, but based on their dangerous driving in the north end of I-5, I’d be wary of their workmanship and integrity. They cut off several vehicles (including semis and other company vehicles) at speeds well over the limit in poor weather conditions, and never once used a blinker. Caught the driver laughing at one point after nearly causing another vehicle to spin out. Yikes.

Bruces Roofing did a great job on our roof. Prompt service, great communication, and integrity. A company with good values that has been servicing the community for many years. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable roof replacement. Thank you Bruce and team!

Bruce was referred to me by our insurance agent. Little did I know, him and his staff were going to be absolutely AMAZING! He came out to provide a quote so quickly after requesting and then performed and completed it all in lightning speed. Not only did him and his team fix the damage, they did everything forward thinking to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again! Forever thankful to him and his staff for helping us out in such a dire situation!

Bruce’s Roofing initially installed my roof. I had a leak. Bruce came out and looked and within a matter of two days had Sergio and his assistant at my house to repair it. They were professional, friendly, and did the job.

When a huge douglas fir tree crashed into our roof, I was pretty freaked. Almost all the roofing companies advertise 'roof repair', but apparently that doesn't mean extensive structural repairs. I was so relieved when I found Bruce's Roofing!

Bruce was a rock start from the very beginning. He assured me that "This was no problem for them to fix." He walked me through the process and expertly installed specialized sheeting to keep the rain out. When I asked a question about my insurance coverage, he pulled out his phone and said he'd worked with my agent for years and gave him a call right there.

I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done. The first dry day, they had a brand new roof on and a couple of weeks later we had brand new gutters. Because of the extent of the structural damage, I had some concerns about the initial repairs. Bruce is the best, when I called him he said "How about I have a crew out there tomorrow?"

Bruce's teams were crazy fast and did excellent work. And the customer service? It's the BEST!

We needed a assessment of the condition of our roof to respond to buyer’s inspection prior to completion of the sell of our home . Bruce stopped by and I offered to pay him for the inspection but he refused . He sent us a written statement about the condition of the Malarkey Highlander architectural shingles stating the roof still had 20 years of life left in it .

Bruce’s Roofing is by far the best roofing company out there. We live in Enumclaw and our neighborhood suffered significant roof damage from a recent wind/snow storm. We panicked and called three roofing companies to come out and do estimates. Each one of them pressured us to upgrade our roof vents on our less than two year old house and gave us very high estimates. We had 30-40 shingles missing and thankfully no other damage. Our house was technically out of warranty and the company who installed the roof initially was refusing to pay for the damages. Bruce came our first thing on Monday and assessed the damage. He said our vents were perfectly fine and offered to do the repairs for less than half of what the other companies estimated. He even tarped the roof for free until we made our decision on who to go with. After talking to insurance and such. We went with Bruce and he did an amazing job with his crew. He has true empathy for homeowners and does exceptional work. He’s honest and genuine and I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future. Don’t go with any other companies. They’re just out to nickel and dime you. Thank you Bruce for helping out our family and bringing us some piece of mind. We appreciate you!

Bruce put in the leg-work to ensure my roof, which was damaged on the first night of the fires, was replaced. Despite his busy schedule, Bruce made several in-person appearances at my home and the project was done VERY quickly after I initially contacted him. I would recommend, over and over again, Bruce's roofing to anyone seeking a quality / quick / professional roof installation without hesitation.

Bruce’s Roofing was on time, they shocked me by finishing my garage roof in ONE day, you can see their quality of work, they were extremely professional, they matched my garage roof perfectly to my home, I’m not really sure how it could have been any better? I highly recommend them! I hope I don’t need a new roof for a long long time, but if I do, I’ll be using you again!

I have used Bruces in the past years for a roof on my house which turned out really nice. This time around I needed a small shed roof repaired. They were to use torch down on the exiting roof. They worked for about no more than 2 hours. I was charged an astronomical price and it is still leaking. This time around, I am not impressed at all. That is disappointing.

As a REALTOR it is important that I recommend a business that I can stand behind. Bruce treats my clients with respect, he is attentive and always delivers a quality product. He is not afraid to go the extra mile and has always met or exceeded my client's expectations. All that and he is wonderful to work with. His office manager, Leesha, is courteous and helpful. Great business. Not always the cheapest-but you get what you pay for. In this case, quality workmanship.

Our roof was replaced by Bruce"s 9 1/2 years ago! Just last week we discovered we had a couple leaks, pulled out my warranty, they were here within a day and repairs were made! This is an A+++ company!
