I'm only leaving a 1 star bcuz u can't leave a review unless u chose a star, and I wouldn't even chose a star. So I went and talked with Ray, whom said to me he knew what he was doing bcuz he had been doing mechanic work for 50 yrs, that was my 2nd red flag a bold face lie unless he began working on cars since he was 10 he has NOT been doing repair for 50 yrs. So I need 2 wheel studs replace and I was quoted $175-$250 to repair 2. So I take my car in and was told that it would take 1 to 2 hours to replace my broken studs bcuz I wanted to wait and that's when Ray said it would take at least those hrs.to replace the studs. NO WAY it does not take no 1 to 2 hrs.to change 2 studs.15 to 20 minutes but no 1 to 2 hrs. And I said give back my keys ur lying it doesn't take 1 to 2 hrs hrs.and I'm not gonna get screwed over all bcuz I'm a female. I had an appointment at 8 am I'm the 1st person there was no waiting for another car to get finished b4 mine.
So my review Don't go to Cascaida, they will screw u over , lie to u especially if ur a female. My dad was a mechanic for over 30 yrs. And I know that RAY was lying to to me and b4 anyone says to me then why not have ur dad repair ur studs bcuz he doesnt live here any longer or I would. So if u read u would have caught what I said about the 2nd red flag, here's the 1st red flag, when I spoke to Ray the day b4 he seemed like he may be a "honest" person but this morning when I took my car to get the repair done he became very nervous slightly shaky and his smile was fake as a plastic plant. So , needless to say with a qoute of 1 to 2 hrs and his nervouisness fakey smile that was the 1st red flag. Many can disagree with me with what I said about lying to me screwing me over bcuz I'm a female ,well Prove me wrong. I know they screw over men as well, prove me wrong. DONT GO TO CASCADIA REPAIR SHOP IN ENUMCLAW BECUZ THEY WILL LIE TO U AND TRY RIPPING U OFF. Look around do ur homework talk to mechanics b4 u get ur car repaired. Bcuz if u go in blinded they will take advantage of u. I've been blessed to have a dad who is/was a mechanic so I knew what to look out for and what questions to ask. So Ray even tho u haven't been working on cars for 50 yrs but u say u have, hmmm, where's the calluses on ur hands where are the grease stains under ur finger nails? I pay attention to those things the hints of what a person does . So stay away from cascadia repair shop in enumclaw.

Excellent customer service, great, fair pricing, done right & done quickly! Needed to get brakes done on front & rear as well as changing the transmission fluid. Greg was responsive over the phone & walked us through every step of the way. I called on a Wednesday for a quote & had the vehicle out of the shop the next afternoon. Talk about great service. Got my 2004 Toyota Tundra up and running! Prompt, ethical, and fair in pricing. They even fixed my broken sway bar links at just the cost of the parts, no service fee. The only thing is we asked on the phone if they could take a look at repairing the power window button plate (it pops up and doesn’t stay down), which I think they forgot? Anyway, great people and definitely my recommended go-to for people who need vehicle repairs in Enumclaw.

Greg & his crew at Cascade Auto were the best when our Subaru oveheated and died about a week ago. I told them how nervous I was driving our "antique" Honda Accord around, and they found a great used engine & installed it in record time. Now our 2012 Subaru runs better than it has in years!!! Thank you Cascade Auto.

Greg at Cascade was super helpful! I was driving back from Mt. Rainier down to Oregon around midnight when I hit a median and both tires on the left side of the vehicle got flattened and damaged. Thankfully right where I hit was near their auto shop. They don’t repair tires, but Greg helped me the next morning by taking my tires off of my vehicle and bringing them over to a nearby business to get them fixed. Then afterwards he came back and picked them up and put them back on my vehicle! Going above and beyond for service helping me return home. Thank you Greg, and the Cascade team, appreciate you all so much!

Years ago, (and I'm talking maybe 2 decades ago) my grandpa brought in his 1970 Buick Riviera in and had it restored with Cascade. My grandpa always spoke highly of them and used them for all of his car troubles. After his passing, my husband's check engine light turned on, cascade auto was the first place that came to my mind. They were so friendly and even though they couldn't help with my husband's car (it needed to be done by a dealership) they inspected it for free! We have a jeep that needs a new a transmission and we know exactly where we are gonna take it ❤️

We took two vehicles to Cascade Auto. Our car and my son's car. The customer service was great and we were told exactly what we needed to do and how much it would cost. Highly recommend Cascade Auto! At last, a repair place we TRUST!

Had my ford expedition worked on here and it was the best experience. I usually always do my own maintenance on my vehicles but the task was too much for me and cascade auto took care of my truck. the service was fast and no surprises on the bill!

This review is a long time coming. How Greg & his team keep a small town feel to their busy work load is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable service that goes beyond expectations. True & honest auto repair shop. Thank you

These guys are 100% straight shooters. My alternator died unexpectedly while I was driving and I would have been stranded if it weren't for them. I was able to limp it to their shop on no notice and hour before they closed, they were upfront and honest about pricing, and my car was done the next day. I wasn't sold a bunch of services I didn't need and there were no unexpected charges when it came time to pay the bill. They did educate me on some potential maintenance concerns I should keep an eye on without pressuring me to complete the service. Parts and labor also came with warranty, and I've been driving the car for a few days now with absolutely zero issues. If you're in the area and have the choice, Cascade Automotive will be a solid choice.

Happy that my car is fixed, even if it took a week for them to look at it. A bit spendy for the repairs made. My biggest problem though was my gas. I had just put gas into it so I know I had at least 3/4 if a tank but when I got it back I only had maybe 1/8th of a tank left. Really do not think they had to drive very fast to test drive it!

These guys did the greatest job on my 2006 Buick Rainer.. it’s got a LOT of mileage and Greg at Cascade is always straightforward and honest with me on every repair. I bring all 3 of our vehicles here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They do it right the first time and charge a fair price for the quality they provide. Great experience and great value!

Honest shop who doesn't rip off their customers. My family has taken their cars there for many years and won't go anywhere else.

They worked days to help figure out my leak then they had it done in 2 days they went out of there way to help.Very communicated through the process of it.

Greg's integrity is through the roof. I trust these guys wholeheartedly. Today, I brought in my old van for an oil change, and Greg called me to tell me to put no more money into it. It's obvious that they put customers' interests first.

Broken down nearby Greg talked me through my options and offered as much help as he could even while they were full booked and on a holiday no less! I was back on the road same day 10/10

Greg was great! We had a wheel bearing go out on our way through. He promptly got us booked in last minute. Additionally, he charged us a very fair price to get us on our way.

I was referred to Cascade by a good, honest mechanic that was too far away from me to do business with, regularly. It seems that the really good mechanics know each other. My first encounter with Cascade was when I brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection. Greg said the car was worth buying, but also gave me a list of minor repairs that were needed. I used that to negotiate a lower price from the seller. So, I spent under $200 for the inspection, but was able to save $600 on the purchase price. I’ve owned the car for 18 months now, no problems, it was definitely worth buying. Also, they do good work, at reasonable prices. I just had brakes done, front + rear, on my Honda Accord, the charge was well below the typical cost. Thanks Greg.

Love the crew here! I have been taking my car here for the past 6 years when needed. I trust these guys to take care of my car and get whatever needs to be done, done. They are friendly, kind and have amazing customer service. I highly recommend them and whenever someone local asks for a recommendation this is where i send them :)

I flew in from out of state to pick up a car from a relative, thought I'd have the oil changed and looked over, which turned out to be a $600 oil change . I requested them to call before any additional work was completed, but never did, doing expensive diagnostics that the car didn't need.... being a mechanic myself I was very unhappy with the way they took advantage of someone from out of town . Very greedy business, sorry about the review but you know what you did

WOW, Greg saved the best ski day i've had in year! I was in an out in under 4 hours, for a problem that easily could have taken a couple of days. The best repair shop i've ever been to. Hands Down.

I can't say enough good things about these guys; professional, helpful, honest, and they made my truck feel like new again. I'm new to the Enumclaw neighborhood and Cascade Automotive, but I am a forever customer. These guys are fantastic and do great work.

It's 2:30 pm on Friday in Enumclaw. My truck has a dead battery due to an alternator that doesn't work. My house is 20 miles away. Every shop I call closes at 5 pm and they don't have time to complete the job. Its 3 pm and I finally call Cascade Automotive. I am told that they "can't fix it if it ain't here." I finally get there at 3:30 and at 4:30 it is ready to go with a lifetime warranty alternator. Great shop, great mechanics, best of all great price. Thanks guys.!!!!!

I stopped to have them look for a fluid leak on my car. The leak was fixed in less than an hour, they topped off the fluids and I was on my way.

Very honest and affordable mechanic.. Best in town in my opinion! Does work right the first time, and stands behind it as well.

Absolutely amazing!!!! These guys are truthful and honest and that is so important to me from an auto mechanic. I just brought my Sequoia in because it was flashing lights on the dash. They did everything they could do to fix it and make me feel like my money was well spent. They are honest, good people.
