Matt came out and took care of our issue. He was prompt, professional and courteous.
With Troy Smith, his staff and team, everything went smoothly. They were prompt, courteous, and thoroughly addressed my questions.
They are efficient and clean up is done while they are working.
They have done many of my customer's roofs and are always professional, responsive, and friendly.
Responded immediately, was very professional, did a great job, reasonably priced.

What Users Like The Least

Becky was extremely rude. She texted me as a follow up to a voicemail I left for them twice, and asked intrusive questions about the age of the roof.
When I replied ok I’ll contact another roofer on our homeowners association list she texted me that I was threatening her!
How rude of her!!! Then she tells me not to contact them.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Having this kind of work done on my house can be very stressful. But with Troy Smith, his staff and team, everything went smoothly. They were prompt, courteous, and thoroughly addressed my questions. Without any reservations, I highly recommend them!

Rude office response is not reason to bash a quality stand up company. Mr. Smith personally comes to inspect any problem or concern you have about their work. They are efficient and clean up is done while they are working. When the job was finished in record breaking time you would not have known the job was doing those 2 days. They have earned repeat business from me. Thank you

Becky was extremely rude. She texted me as a follow up to a voicemail I left for them twice, (it’s hard to get a live person when you call) and asked about the repair I needed. She then asked me questions about the age of the roof and my address which I found intrusive because she was going to look up my home online. After all that she texted, “sorry we’re too busy for you.” When I replied ok I’ll contact another roofer on our homeowners association list she texted me that I was threatening her! Jeez!!! How is that threatening??? How rude of her!!! Then she tells me not to contact them again! I have the whole text string saved, what a rude woman. I suggest not using them.

As a Realtor here in Tallahassee I run into many different roofing issues regarding my customer's transactions and I am blessed to have discovered Smith Roofing and Repair. They have done many of my customer's roofs and are always professional, responsive, and friendly, all while being reasonably priced. I feel more confident in my business and my customer's welling being in regards to their roofing needs, because of how Troy runs his business.

Fixed our old roof, replaced all of the rotted wood, and fixed the flashing around the chimney that kept leaking into the house. Finished the house in 2 days, and we couldn't be happier with their service.

I’m a Smith but not related. Was lucky to find these guys though. Have had 2 emergency leaks at my business that they were able to patch until the weather got better to be able to fix it. Great service and work done at a fair price. With all the rain we get in Tallahassee having a good roofer is one less thing to worry about.

Did a great job on my roof. They had a large professional crew and got my roof done in two days. Very pleased to leave this review for them and will definitely only use them, or recommend them, again in the future.
