Tyler and his team did an amazing job on our roof! We had an unexpected leak and needed a total layover due to negligent work from the original builder. I texted Tyler in a panic on a Sunday and he responded that same day, was out to look at the roof within a day and the roof was fixed and new within a week. He was extremely communicative and professional! He even showed up early to our original meeting. I cannot recommend him enough and will use him for our future jobs! Thank you Tyler and team, we appreciate you!

My wife and I are hiring Tyler to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom, but before he could start the inspector said we needed railing on our front porch, well guess who took care of that project. Tyler and his crew did an amazing job building the railings and knew we were in a time crunch to get it done so we could get funded for the remodel.

I hired Tyler Smith/Smith's Family Builders to build me a deck and roof/sunfit over the deck on my home in Lincoln Beach. Needless to say, my former deck was a mess, very old and hazardous to walk on. Wow! I am in awe of the final result! It's so beautiful and ready for placement of a hot tub on one side, too! They are very experienced builders and knew exactly what I wanted by confirming I was happy as the work progressed.
