What Users Like The Most

Dawn and Michael were easy to work with, and have a skilled and professional team.
They rebuilt the rotting deck on our new home and it looks amazing.
Mike has an outstanding crew that are highly skilled, professional, and polite.
Dawn made sure that we knew what was going on every step of the way.
Dawn's daily communication and photos of the progress made it feel as though I was there for the entire process.

What Users Like The Least

They were supposed to bring in dirt and make it not flood like the Old one used to and they just didn't.
There were other complaints about how no blocks were put around the bottom of the wall when it was built.
I think it was either way nothing to stop the boards on the concrete from rotting now.

Dawn and Michael were easy to work with, and have a skilled and professional team. This was my first ever remodel, my kitchen. I had lots of questions, and occasionally changed my mind on small design details. Dawn answered all my questions and put me at ease throughout the process. And the results were better than I imagined. My before, dysfuntional 1960s kitchen, was completely transformed into an elegantly beautiful feature of my home. I am so happy! I look forward to working with Smith & Company again, for future remodeling.

Mike and Dawn are the best. Mike has an outstanding crew that are highly skilled, professional, and polite. Within days of contacting them they were at our house starting the job. Mike and his crew are hard working and they got the job done quickly. Dawn was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire experience was great and we plan to use Smith & Co. for all our future projects. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled and they did an awesome job. Dawn and Mike were great to work with, answered all of our questions (and we had many) and stayed within our budget. The crew were on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
They also built new steps for us which came out amazing. We will definitely be using them again and would recommend them for any job!

Well they built a decent garage for my dad only issue was they were supposed to bring in dirt and make it not flood like the Old one used too and they just didn't and now the brand new garage has water standing in it.

There were other complaints about how no block were put around the bottom of the wall when it was built but I can't be sure that was in the contract though I think it was either way nothing to stop the boards on the concrete from rotting now

Working with Smith & Co. Custom Homes was a wonderful experience! Although I live nine hours from the property that was being remodeled, Dawn's daily communication and photos of the progress made it feel as though I was there for the entire process. Smith & Co. pays attention to the smallest details, and takes great pride in their craftsmanship. I can't wait to work with Dawn and her team again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling or custom building.

These guys are the best. I had them redo my front porch with a concrete floor on the bottom and pvc porch flooring on the top. The quality of work is top notch and they are fast. They are perfectionists. In a weeks time the entire job was completed.
