Travis walked us through every step of the way by explaining the entire process of air sealing and insulating an attic for optimal home performance. As someone who has gone through mold toxicity, it was extremely important to me that the air in my new home would be as healthy as possible. Another spring North Texas storm rolled in and Mike got the call. Mike did a great job of coming out quickly and was exactly on time. He assessed our roof and gave us an honest report. Thankfully our roof performed well in this storm, but if the need arises for repair in the future, Mike will be getting the call.

Travis initially came and inspected our roof at our request. He told us that it looked fine. As the years went by, he contacted us twice more, when he knew there had been hail in our area, and came and inspected it again. It was still fine the second time, but after the third, and most significant hail, he told us it was time to file a claim. I appreciated his integrity and his initiative. Throughout the whole process, he kept us informed and answered questions in a timely manner. He stuck with the schedule that he promised. He also came back after the roof was complete to make sure we were satisfied and addressed things that we had questions about. He gave us a certificate of completion along with a contract that outlined the warranty. I recommend him highly!
