SOLOMON IS A THIEF BE AWARE THIS GUY LIKES TO KEEP THE MONEY AND DONT ANSWER THE PHONES CALLS AT ALL OR BLOCKED YOU AND DONT DO NOTHING JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY ...STAY AWAY IS NOT A COMPANY IF YOU DONT BELIEVE GO TO THE COURT IN ESPANOLA HE HAS A BIG RECORD

He put on a new porch, which as you can see in the pictures did not stay up more than several months. He also put a new roof on a house and used two different colors after a few of the original panels blew off, he used several what were probably leftover pieces from another job. Also had he put a new roof on a garage and he never put the top piece that keeps it held tightly together so it leaked. I tried calling he said he would go out, never did, tried multiple times to call, text and NOTHING! I WOULD NEVER USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN

Did good work until it was time to fix leaks in new roof Came over and looked said would be back never came back and never responded , that was 2 years ago . Still waiting. Have a string of text messages to him and video of leaks and still no response.

Awesome, Solomon was very responsive to my requests and delivered on his promises. His work crew was professional and honest.

I needed a 1200 square foot area prepped for a pour of concrete for a basketball court. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Very honest and forthcoming.

Their workers even found an old pair of fencing pliers in the sand and they put some WD-40 on them and gave them to me and advised me that they had found them in the sand. I admire that level of honesty and it shows their values. The concrete work was well done from beginning to end. I would hire them anytime for other projects. I recommend them highly. Their professionalism was top notch!

Mr. Romero has followed through on the new construction roof installation, this consisted of the TPO, metal roof paneling and gutters. We we’re so satisfied with the installation we hired Mr. Romero to continue his detailed work on several other steps.

Great work and honored his contract even though material prices more than doubled. This company did a complete tear down that also included reinforcement, decking , tar paper, and new pro panel. The start date was delayed roughly six months due to COVID and personal circumstances. Start to finish was about 3 months and I think we weathered just about every winter storm without a complete roof but the end product was worth the wait. Last year was a tough year for everyone but this company was true to their word and to the original contract no matter what happened and that really meant a lot.

This company was hired to roof my house. We have an older adobe house that for other contractors would be complex. There was a fair amount of work that needed to take place which included adding new OSB decking and new metal. This company was quick and professional and the roof came out near perfect. I would hire them again.

Service was executed in a timely manner with results that are pleasing (it is an older adobe house). S&M Builders were thorough and the skills for this project needed that level of experience. We got an excellent roof.
