SLS CONSTUCTION & REMODELING

We used SLC Construction and Remodeling for a large outdoor staining project and we were very pleased from the quick initial response to the very competitive quote to final execution. I would highly recommend them for projects both small and large! I am certain you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing business! I hired the company to assist with fixing up our home prior to listing it on the market. Before going with SLS, I received multiple estimates from other companies. We ultimate chose SLS to complete a variety of items from poor patchwork and texturing by previous owners (at least 100, basically every nail ever and also using duct tape on ceiling drywall) to designing divider beams from a previously removed wall that was an eyesore as you entered the home.

I was confident from the initial walk-through that Will was very experienced and knowledgeable because he had multiple answers at different price points for nearly every single fix. He also provided a quote and even added the items that were on the bottom of my to-do list in case I decided to go with someone else later on or found it in my budget.

SLS also provides reasonable pricing and were absolutely dedicated to customer satisfaction. As stated before, I received multiple quotes from different businesses and I was blown away by some of the insane pricing. Not only did the company provide reasonable pricing based on the quality of material that I was choosing, they also took time come back and fix a couple of patches that I didnt catch in the initial or final walk-through. That act really showed us that they value their work and the customer.

I Highly recommend SLS to anyone needing any work done in their home whether they plan on selling it or staying long-term. I will provide pictures of the before and after once we have our home completely ready to be placed on the market.
