We had them quote us for replacing a skylight and a chimney flashing. We decided to contract them and then we could hardly ever get our rep to answer his phone or return voicemails. Then they were 6 weeks late just getting the skylight in so they went ahead and "fixed" the flashing. They got the wrong size window in and talked me into installing a slightly larger skylight window. They built a box around the chimney and didnt fix the flashing and now the screws they used to install it into my metal roof has caused leaks and drywall damage. The skylight they installed was the wrong size and doesn't fit correctly. I shouldn't have allowed them to install it but quite frankly I was tired of dealing with their company and just wanted our business with them to end.

Now I have to contract a different company to fix their work.

Ben with skyline did a great job. He came to my house inspected the roof and gave me a quote exactly when he said he would. He scheduled the job and was able to get the job done before the scheduled date and came in under the estimate. I would highly recommend Skyline to anyone that needs roof work!

Had these guys replace a roof on a rental. They did an excellent job and the price was quite reasonable. I was so pleased with their work that I am having them replace another roof on another house.

Skyline came highly recommended by MANY friends so right off the bat I had high expectations. They did not disappoint! I was connected with a salesperson, Jason, who was ready at a moment's notice to answer any questions and help us along the way. And he was there throughout the whole process. The crew was professional and even when we had concerns, Jason was on it and personally saw that everything was taken care of. I can say we are truly highly satisfied, and although we won't need a new roof for the next 50 years, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Had a small leak repair on our Personal residence around an unused stack, called Skyline, Ben came out promptly to give us an estimate. The initial appointment scheduled with the Crew - Jose & Nate - was a no go due to weather. The weather didn't cooperate several more times, but Ben & Co stuck with us. Finally, despite the cold, Jose & Nate were able to get it done - they were professional, courteous and thorough throughout the entire process. Much appreciated.

I have had them do 2 significant jobs in the past 2 years for a building restoration and could not be happier. Price was competitive, but their crews were the best one could ask for. They went home late every day. Even if their price was a bit higher, I would still go with them as we have seen they have only one way to do the job--the right way.

It's been over a year since Skyline Roofing installed a new metal roof for us. We've been through a winter of heavy snow and summer with plenty of heavy rains and not a problem in sight. The crew did a great job with both removal of the old roof and the new installation. One thing that really impressed me: the crew foreman was not pleased with the set screws holding the snow guards in place (supplied by a new manufacturer). About a week after the installation and cleanup, someone was out here replacing every snow guard screw to their satisfaction. They could easily have left it as it was and not told us, but instead they extended their project (for no extra money) to provide a service they could stand by. It's a huge improvement to our house. Everyone from the initial phone call through the end of the project was polite and professional. The cost was good for what we got; they weren't the lowest quote we got, but they were definitely reasonable compared to some others. Overall we're very happy and would recommend for a metal roof installation.

Very disappointing experience. They set up an appointment with me and canceled; then that experience was repeated about four times over the course of a month, due to emergencies, my customer service person said. Then we got floods in the valley and there was no lining anyone up for my job. I am not a commercial, big bucks job, so I was low on the totem poll. I should have known to go somewhere else.

These guys are certainly top notch, and at a reasonable price. Without a doubt, the best roofing company in the valley! They answered every question I had timely, and are always willing to go the extra mile.
