Highly recommend Skyline roofing! Ben came out to inspect our roof and found holes that he immediately repaired free of charge. We then worked together to replace our existing roof which was an easy and seamless process, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance company. Installation day was simple and quick-the workers were friendly, efficient and impressively cleaned up after the job was done. Not too long after the roof was installed, we had a significant hail storm…Ben came by on his own to make sure the new roof held up and we were pleased to learn our new hail resistant shingles worked as expected! Can’t imagine there’s a better roofing company in Colorado better than Skyline!

Skyline Roofing & Exteriors replaced our roof this year after a major hailstorm and I can’t say enough great things about the entire experience. Ben Rogers, who owns the company, took care of us from start to finish with the utmost professionalism, care, and top tier craftsmanship. We had spoken to several roofers, but felt Ben offered an honest assessment; moreover, he came referred by several other friends who have worked with him over the years. Ben is also the only roofer that invited me to join him on the roof during his inspection so he could show me in-person areas of concern. He is a wealth of knowledge regarding new shingle selection and he was a big help in deciding the best replacement product for our home. Figuring out which replacement shingle to select never felt overwhelming thanks to Ben’s help. Additionally, he informed us of a premium discount that I was unaware of and is somewhat unique to our insurer for class 4 shingles. We selected the Owens Corning Duration Storm (class 4) shingles and to my surprise received a 37% discount on our annual property insurance premium.

Ben’s team replaced our roof in a single day and cleaned up around the house very thoroughly. It’s a pleasure doing business with Ben and we can’t thank him enough for taking such great care of us and our property. This was the first time I had to repair a roof due to hail damage. Ben and Team at Skyline Roofing were exceptional. Prompt appointments, follow thru and high quality work. Clean up was great too (we found no construction debris/nails after the work was completed). Ben was on top of all the close-items as well (inspection, working with insurance, etc.). We have been using Skyline Roofing for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with our roof! We have concrete shingles that sometimes slip and fall or crack and break, and Ben has consistently done the work quickly and thoroughly. He always inspects to ensure nothing else is wrong before he completes his work. Plus, he's always pleasant and professional - always a pleasure to work with!

Hail storm destroyed our roof. It took me meeting with close to half a dozen companies to find Ben at Skyline. WOW am I glad I did. He responded....a great first step. The next day he was sitting in my kitchen discussing the claim quote through Liberty Mutual and how it was pretty spot on. From there he went into detail about the product he used and why. It made sense. We discussed him also adding some ventilation to the roof to ensure the roof can breathe and why it would last longer. normally I feel like I am being sold but not in this case. It again made sense.

From there we were given some space to discuss the quote he gave us and make a decision. No pressure was felt whatsoever. A few days later the roof shingles were chosen and Ben immediately gave us a time frame to expect delivery. He was so confident we'd be happy that we didn't have to pay him one penny until the job was complete. And we were......his team literally finished the job in about 3 hours give or take and all the workers were super friendly and professional. Last point, cleanup was near perfect. Only found two nails post completion which for those who don't know is incredible. Ben and Skyline many thanks for a great experience all around. The roof looks great. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, roof repair.

I decided to meet with Skyline for an estimate. We selected Skyline due to their quality of work, warranty, and easy sales process. This was our first ever homeowner’s insurance claim and Ben guided us through the process. Ben and his crew were great work with and always showed up on time. They are a great company and we are very glad our neighbor’s found them!

When Ben assessed my roof for damage, he provided honest feedback and suggested filing an insurance claim due to evidence of hail damage. He provided guidance and tips for handling the insurance company, claim processor, and even came out during the inspection to help support the claim. Ultimately, we decided to use Skyline to repair our roof out of pocket at a very fair price along with a guarantee of his work for several years. I have never gone out of my way to write a positive review because good service is what I expect, but since I am here giving a review it must have been exceptional. I had an issue with my roof and gave Ben a call near the close of business on a Thursday. He came out first thing the next morning to inspect the situation. Ben arrived on time and was friendly to me and respectful of my premises. After the inspection, he explained in laymen’s terms what was wrong, what repairs would be necessary, and quoted a reasonable price to take care of it. He also observed a few other nits during the inspection, unrelated to the reason I called him, and offered to take care of those while performing the intended repair. Knowing the forecast indicated snowy weather was arriving, Ben picked up the materials that afternoon and showed up first thing the next morning (a cold Saturday) to do the patchwork. I wasn’t home to observe the repairs, so Ben took photos of the work for me. I have been asked from time to time by family, friends, and coworkers if I know a good roofer and I am happy to say that I can confidently recommend Ben should someone ask me for a suggestion in the future.

Ben and Skyline were exceptionally responsive in their communications with us and their on-site service. They made a custom repair to a tile roof in no time flat and made it look easy.
