From the very first phone call, Michael was very responsive, and quick to be on site to assess my hail damage. The whole process was very upfront, honest, and he even offered to meet the insurance adjuster to help get my claim fully approved. I highly recommend him and his crew, who were top of the line in the industry!

Dillon Pigsley made the whole insurance claim effortless. I basically didn’t have to do anything other than pick a color for shingles and gutters and he and his crew did the rest. Check him out you’ll be glad you did. Oh yeah great communication too!!

Skyline Imaging has been expeditious and professional from start to finish. Dillon Pigsley was super pleasant to work with throughout the claim process and scheduled services. Roofers were there early and gone before 4:30pm. Roof looks great and the property was cleaned up very well.

Where do I begin? We had 2 denials from our insurance company telling us there was zero damage to our house. A recommendation came from a close friend to call Dylan at Skyline. He checked our property with the 3rd adjuster and pointed out everything - our roof was a total loss. We had an idea something was wrong because we were getting random water spots on our ceilings. Dylan has been on point from the start. Communication has been superb. He called/texted many times while the work was being done and came to double check the area was cleaned up to our standards. We have a new roof, gutters and downspouts- finally thanks to Dylan and his expertise on everything. I’ve never worked with such a detailed oriented individual and was such a worry free process. We would give more stars if possible. Don’t ever question how Dylan with work with you. Let’s just say we have had 3 roofs on our house from prior storms-( thanks Nebraska weather) and have never had such service from any company. Thank you Dylan!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dillon and Drake!!! My insurance company was very difficult and drug the claim process out for 4 months. They were ready to help me take them on to get my claim approved. Dillon made multiple calls on my behalf to the multiple adjusters we had, was at the inspection with my field adjuster, and has been there every single step of the way to answer questions. The process with the insurance company was awful! It gave me peace of mind having someone on my side to guide me, who was honest and transparent through the entire process. If it wasn’t for Dillon, I don’t know if I would have gotten my claim approved as a first time filer. The process is very confusing for someone who has never done it before. Dillon and Drake were ALWAYS available and ready to hop on a call to answer any questions! I will be sending anyone who needs work done their way! They have a new lifelong customer!!

I am very pleased with Skyline Imaging. They worked through some issues with my insurance company and I ended up with a full replacement of my roof. I was kept informed on timelines and once all i’s dotted and t’s crossed they had my roof replaced within a week. Work was accomplished in one day and everything was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend Skyline Imaging for their hands on treatment and job well done. Kudos to Michael for keeping me informed and being at the job site while work was ongoing.

We heard of skyline imaging through a friend my wife works with. Initially we just wanted a siding quote for some minor damage to some lower panels. Michael came out and wanted to look at the roof and other things due to some storms we had recently experienced in area. Initially, I was against it because I just had a new roof installed several years ago and I didn’t really feel like going through insurance and dealing with all that headache again. Michael was awesome, him and his team basically dealt with all the insurance, i only had to file the initial claim, they did all the rest including meeting with the adjuster. We got approved / paid / and installed for a new roof and skylights within about a week and a half. Took them less than a day to install everything and it looks great. Definitely would recommend Mike and skyline imaging to anyone thats asks.

As did many others in our neighborhood and region we had significant damage, approximately $41,000, as a result of a severe hail storm on April 26, 2024. I have dealt with insurance adjusters over the years, but this was the largest loss by far. Skyline Imaging and Craig Cox were already in the neighborhood and I decided to listen to his recommendation as a way to handle our issue. Craig told me he would be here when my insurance adjuster inspected the property, to make sure everything was looked at properly. And he was. Craig has experience in that field, which helped reassure me. I did not know him before the storm. I can honestly say that everything Craig and his team told me was followed through to the letter. I can best describe it by saying you feel you are working with a team of people who have your best interests in mind. I fully recommend the services of Skyline Imaging if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Skyline Imaging did a wonderful job re-shingling my house and garage and replacing gutters after the storm in July. Mike responded very quickly when called and then accompanied my insurance adjuster as he viewed the damage so nothing would be missed. They are on site monitoring work as it is being done and the workers were efficient and did a great job of clean up after finished. I would definitely recommend Skyline Imaging for your storm related needs.

We worked with Mike and Shane after having a ton of damage to our house during a hail storm. They were out quickly for our initial meeting, arrived early before our adjuster so they could find all the damage which resulted in getting everything we were hoping for approved by insurance, and then we were the first in our neighborhood to get our roof on. Mike was prompt and responsive as well a knowledgeable.
On roof day the roofing crew arrived too early and started without all the necessary directions for what we requested. We called Mike and he dropped everything to get to it house as soon as possible, as did Shane, then they both stayed most of the day to make sure everything went well. They even temporarily patched a hole in our chimney to protect from water coming in until we get it repaired. They cleaned up our yard well afterwards.
They will be painting our home as well hopefully in the next month or two.

10/10 recommend! Easy to work with. Family centered business. Worked hard to get our insurance to pay out on our claim and found stuff the adjuster missed. They are sharks when it comes to insurance claims. Everyone has been respectful and top notch. We Recommend them to everyone. I had the pleasure of working with Drake and Dillon after our house was pounded by hail this past June. I contacted Skyline imaging after the storms that hit this last month. Dillon and Drake were extremely helpful when it came to ordering everything and talking with the insurance company. 10/10 recommend when it came to these gentleman. As for the roofing and windows the parts came the very next day and they got everything done within 6hrs. Overall a very satisfied customer and would definitely suggest these guys!
