I recently had my roof replaced. From start to finish Chris, from Best Construction, was a true professional. The work was done with great care to my yard and home. I was so pleased with the results and quality of the work. Three days after completing the work we received 4 inches of rain and for the first time in years I had no problems in the house. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their roof replaced. Thank you.

I am very pleased with my new roof. Chris and his crew were at my house early in the morning and the work started immediately. I was amazed by how fast it all happened. The old roof was off very swiftly and before I knew it Chris and his crew were prepping for the new roof to go on. When they left my house that afternoon there was no sign that they had been here, and except my beautiful new roof! They cleaned up anything that had fallen onto the ground, I was very pleased. Did a fantastic job replacing my roof.. was extremely stressed about having the job done.. after the fact, there was never a reason for stress. The owner of the company is right there doing the work with his crew, and after the fact, with the exception of a perfectly executed roof, there was no sign that they had even been there.

I can't rave enough about the work done. They showed up on time and so far resolved an issue that has been a mystery to others on my roof for years. The true test will be the upcoming storm but have faith Best Construction will make it right if something goes sideways.

Best exceeded expectations of Sussex County contractors from the very beginning. Chris showed up for the estimate on time and followed up a week or so after sending his quote. Once I signed up with him he was able to move some things around and get to me quicker than expected. During the process of college move out for the summer, my daughter had a few of her friends store their belongings in our basement. After unloading the UHaul truck, her friend backed into my house, breaking throught the siding, the wood underneath the siding, my down spout and the hose faucet.

What I appreciate most about the job done by Best Construction was that they did not over promise, and they over delivered. They let me know they could possibly schedule me for 3 weeks out, but had a cancelation and called me sooner! Scheduled me for 8 am, but arrived at 7:57! Went to work on the back of my house and it looks wonderful. No side of damage, no discoloration
- just perfecr. The team at Best Construction showed up and showed out. They were professional, personable, and I would recommend them for any of your home repairs.

Best Construction replaced a basement window and reattaced vinyl siding that had blown away from the side of house. The work was done correctly the first time and the price was exactly per their bid. Best Construction is now in my telephone/address book for future reference.

Great experience! I needed a piece of aluminum fascia trim replaced after a recent storm and was having trouble just finding a company to help. I found Best Construction by chance and called late Tuesday afternoon. First surprise was I was answered by a person, not an automated message! Michelle was very helpful as I explained the situation and sent her a photo of the job. She quoted me a very fair price and their crew was here today, earlier than expected and did a fine job replacing the missing trim! Very professional operation. I feel their price for re-roofing my house was very reasonable. They came as promised and finished the entire job in a day and a half. Extremely conscientious of cleaning up all debris continually. There was virtually no trace of debris after the job was finished. The person in charge of the operation was very personable and was willing to answer any questions or address any concerns. At my age, I will not need another roof but if I have some other construction project, I will contact Best Construction.

Very Professional. Both the wife and husband were understanding and knowledgeable. I had to go back and forth with my insurance company and they were super patience. The work on my roof was done in one day and im guaranteed for up to 25 years. Im super impressed with the work and anyone who hires them would probably feel the same. .

Very easy process to replace our roof that was damaged during a recent storm. The process from start to finish was smooth. The initial quote, the scheduling, and the work was performed in less than two weeks. The team showed up promptly on the date scheduled and were finished by mid afternoon. The cleanup was meticulous and there was no footprint left behind. I would have never known they had been there if the shingles didn't look brand new. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them. Recently, my neighbor approached me requesting the name of the company. The Best Construction Company is well named. They were the best to work with. Chris was very professional and prompt. He gave an honest and fair estimate and followed through with great service. The crew was very careful to protect our home and plantings while installing the roof and skylight. They practiced safe measures inside and out(COVID). Cleanup was also amazing. We have been pleased with the new roof and it has truly been tested with storm after storm this spring and summer.

The “Dover White House” is slowly being reborn again thanks to Best Construction. They arrive on time and when to work immediately. Chris was onsite and ensure all was done correctly. The quality of work was excellent. Work was completed in two days. I haven’t found a roofing nail on the ground or driveway. They cleaned up during the day and after work both days.

From the time of the estimate to the time the job was done I could not have been more pleased. The office worked with me, changing installation dates, so the solar panels could be removed.
