Steve helped us through the whole process. He worked diligently with our insurance carrier and got the roof covered. His team promptly came installed our roof, and even repaired damaged spots. After all that, we had home do our gutters as well. When Steve says he will get it done, he does. I would use SkyGuard again.

Stephen was excellent at explaining what was needed, what options I had, what would happen, and what to expect. The workers who put on the new roof were efficient, kind and excellent at cleaning up after. It was all handled with professionalism and courtesy. I would welcome them for any work again.

Steve and the guys were beyond amazing at getting our roof of questionable age back in order. Very prompt and direct at what was needed. Would recommended to anyone needing roofing projects. This is the 2nd time we’ve used sky guard and have been very satisfied both times.

I reached out to Skyguard (Steve Laird) when another company refused to return my call. Steve responded right away. My roof was inspected and Steve explained the entire process of filing my insurance claim and how we would work with my insurance company. He worked directly with my adjustors to insure all of the damage was identified and showed that repair was not an option vs replacement. Once the insurance company agreed to replace, getting the work scheduled and completed was quick and easy. The roof was completed with superior materials vs my old roof. Details such as ice dams, additional drip edge and ridge vents that spanned the entire ridge were installed which were upgrades vs my old roof. The crew was professional, did quality work and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed. I would recommend this company and Steve Laird in particular to any of my family or friends. Great job!!

Skyguard was above and beyond! While they installed 2 Solar Attic Fans, which are incredible, they discovered a problem with all of the stack vents which were sealed closed . . . A bad thing! While on the roof they repaired them free of charge! That is exceptional, above and beyond service! I would highly recommend Skyguard!

Great price, really great hard working staff, we had a bad deck on the house we bought that was not put on right and had water damage. Skyguard came in and replaced the damaged wood and added moisture barrier and siding. They were done in days and not weeks. Highly recommended company!

The whole team did a fantastic roof and chimney repair, start to finish, communicating all along, and even showing up to do the work ahead of the estimated schedule! Highly recommend and will definitely use for other jobs in future.

The balcony on my condo was constructed very poorly - any time it would rain water would pool and collect until it was removed. I contacted several contractors, no one could help.

I finally came across SkyGuard - they sent Joe Mueller and Diego Rodriguez to inspect my unit and discuss various solutions. They agreed a small drain followed by resealing would be a good start. A few weeks after the balcony was resealed, a few areas started peeling. I contacted Joe, and it was resolved a few days later.

My experience w/SkyGuard was top notch for my roof & my back steps. From my office call to the visit for the quote, I found them very professional, reliable, honest and their works speaks for itself. I now have a beautiful OakRidge Sierra Gray black/white crisp clean roof, 2020. SkyGuard also put in back steps off my porch this month and they will be putting on my back porch next year. Reasonably and comparably priced for professional work. Great work teams. 100% Recommend!!!

First off I am not easy to win over as I want a company I not only feel comfortable talking to, schedule meetings or having them in my home, and trustable! However, Joe was my contractor who walked me through the quote of a replacement roof to visiting the day of install. From the time of the quote to the time the crew left was much quicker then expected. It only took a few week in total. The Crew arrived early worked quickly and effectively. They even tackled some unexpected things that arose along the way of the job. The day if the work only lasted about 5 hour's from start to finish and they cleaned up well. I was worried through the mad storms that we had just last night my everything looks amazing! I am working on having some more work completed and look forward to a lot ng relationship with a single company!

They did a great job replacing vinyl siding with hardy board on my home. I thought the price was fair, they showed up early, didn’t leave a mess, and were very friendly to deal with on the phone.

Repaired wood siding from animal damage and replaced gutters. Called for estimate and Omar arrived within two days. He was knowledgeable and provided honest recommendations to save us money. After we approved estimate, the project was completed within the next week. His team took two days to complete the job and it was well done. Omar was extremely professional and reliable. He answered the phone every time my husband called and we called a lot with lots of clarifying questions.

We hired Will and his team when a tree branch fell on our house and put a hole through our roof... They had to replace the whole roof, some siding, installed new gutters and fixed the hole in the ceiling on the inside. They did an awesome job! Some hiccups along the way, but they were definitely fast to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations! Even went out of their way to help us with other issues we had!! We loved working with Will, he is so down to earth and great to work with! Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and will go back for any other needed work! Thank you SkyGuard!!

We had Skyguard replace heavy-duty metal siding along front of our shopping center (Rolling Hills Shopping Center on Westport Rd). Their price was competitive; and Brad Blankenship, who oversaw the bid and work, was always great in terms of communicating and explaining, and was often onsite supervising the work. Work was done in under the time promised, and seems to be of high quality. I would definitely recommend Skyguard.

We used Skyguard to have some siding that blew off during a storm and to install a chimney cap. They did a great job! Omar and his crew had the work completed quickly and the job was well done.

They did our siding. They quoted us for stuff we actually needed, told us what additional stuff we could add and gave us the actual true benefits of each product. No unnecessary up-selling of products we didn't need. They were honest, hard working, communication was great and the few small snags we did hit they handled very professionally. With the lack of good contractors in Louisville, I am so over the moon finding this company. I will recommend them to everyone and always call them first when I need something.

The services I received were top-notch. Better than 10 out of 10. The repairs I needed was basically vinyl siding repair due to some debris hitting it. I also needed a check of the fireplace vent pipe since we have had some water leaking. SkyGuard arrived promptly and the technicians were extremely friendly and eager to get started. They had the repairs completed in under an hour. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend SkyGuard. I will be calling them again for some future services.

I needed a sunroom roof replacement. This was the only company out of about 20 I called that I could even get to give an estimate... so I can't really give a price comparison. They tackled a job no one else would do, did excellent work,
and completed the job expediently. Some workers couldn't speak English, but there was always someone there I could communicate with. Omar was great! Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. William was great at setting expectations and communicating as needed. We have a "challenging roof" and they did a really nice job. The installation team was very careful to not harm plants in our flower beds around the house and they were so nice. I highly recommend them.

I received several estimates for installing and replacing my gutters.Skyguard not only matched the price the salesperson Candance Hope beat the other estimates Candance was very professional and a joy to work with.The installers were very efficient, professional,and cleaned up the mess.We had gutters installed on our house and garage and gutter guards.Candance worked with us from the beginning till the end.Answering all of are questions I would recommend SkyGuard and salesperson Candance Hope.

The first meeting with salesman Mitch was highly informative and he helped us make the right decision to pick out siding and gutters. He told us where items that were quoted by other contractors were unnecessary and at that point there was no question in my mind to go with Skyguard. The people that came out to do the work were very careful in making sure my bushes were protected with tarp and did an excellent job in putting up the siding and gutters. Excellent customer service and repair work!! Highly recommend!! My home had storm damage and I called SkyGuard for an estimate. I needed all new siding, some roof repairs, new shutters and lights installed and I wanted to build a small front porch on the front as well. They showed up quickly and assured me that they could handle it all. I hired them immediately and I’m so happy I did!! Mitch and his wonderful contractors made a stressful situation disappear seemingly with ease. My home is brand new again and I’m one very happy customer.

Brad came to us via a recommendation by a neighbor who is a roofer but did not specialize in the type of roof we needed. Brad guided us through the entire process with the insurance company including being here when the adjuster came. He made recommendations about the type and color of the shingle, made adjustments when the crew realized the air conditioner pad was on the old shingles by executing metal work around the platform, and cleaned up everything before leaving. His crew was great and the roof looks fabulous. I would highly recommend his company for anything and would definitely use them again myself.
