After calling a couple of other, better known roofing contractors and never getting a call back, Ski Town immediately set up a time for a couple of days later and showed up early for the appointment. The rest of the experience was just as positive with Jimmy continuing to update us throughout the process, interfacing with the insurance adjustor and building inspector and always accessible for questions, etc. The crew was very professional and efficient, knocking out the job in record time. There was hardly a scrap of trash left on the ground after the typically messy demo work. Jimmy made a number of great suggestions, never trying to push us into an unneeded upsell. All in all, an excellent experience! Highly recommended!

We just had gutters and heat tape done, but Ski Town Roofing did a great job. The quote was lower than elsewhere. The process was easy. The end result looks great. Very communicative on initial visit and throughout process, even when there was a short delay in completing work. We got a full explanation when the invoice was slightly over quote. It was just simple: initial visit, electronic communication, e-contracting, did the work, then... online invoicing and payment. This is a newer, busy business. It's not one of the giants in town. But Jacoby appears to have his game together and a good relationship with his work crews.

Ski Town Roofing not only did an amazing job on getting our roof replaced but also with working with the insurance company on getting them to pay for it. They have the experience it takes when having to work with insurance companies to make sure you don't end up getting stuck with the bill. I would definitely use them again.

Ski town roofing gets a 10!!!! I called 5 other roofing companies, some didn't call me back, 3 gave me quaotes. Skitown was the best deal. Jacoby even upgraded our roof color free of charge. They were on time and completed the project in just a few days. The crew made sure our property was clean when they were done. Our roof is beautiful. I am beyond impressed! He was quick with getting a bid and following through with getting materials delivered and the product installed. Jacoby is an outstanding and very knowledgeable roofing contractor. My project was extensive including re-shingling most of the roof, removing and replacing chimney stone work, re-doing flashing and a few other odds and ends. I had an ice dam this winter and Jacoby was there the same day I called, to shovel the roof and replace my heat tape. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his company. One of the best tradesmen I have dealt with in Steamboat.

After discussing issues with ice dams Jacoby looked into the attic and identified a problem that an insulator, efficiency inspector, and I did not see and fortunately for me, the fix was simple and didn’t require any extra money! Once the work was done, Jacoby sent me information to forward on to my insurance company and I received a discount on my rate (about 10%).
