Great communication! We needed carpets cleaned quickly and somewhat last minute and they were able to accommodate our request. Then we added tile and grout cleaning, which they were able to do that the next day. Very professional, efficient, and affordable. Our carpet looks new again and and the tile and grout look amazing!
Kenneth and his crew from Skaggs Restoration were absolutely fantastic. They came out within an hour to evaluate my situation, were professional, and so attentive to making sure everything was as clean when they left as when they arrived. They took the time to explain what was needed, which by the way, didn’t include any of their services in this case. Very honest and I recommend highly.
