The install was quick and they arrived on time. Great quality work by the team at an excellent price. I really appreciated them taking the time to answer all my questions

I had a quote done by them, they were a few hundred less than another so we decided to put down a deposit, and then they said they would get back to us to schedule, but that it should be done within a month or two. Then I received a call that they wouldn’t be able to get to us until the next spring and said they would be willing to give us our deposit back if that was not acceptable since it was way out of the time they had originally said. so we were disappointed to not get to go through them, but we needed them done sooner than they were able.

It was a professional job that was finished in minutes! No more rain gutters leaking in front of my front door to freeze to ice for people to fall on!

Search all you like but you won't find a better roofer than Skabelund Roofing! These guys are truly the best around! We know from experience!

Just a really negative experience and I would hesitate to recommend them solely based off the scheduling and admin. I booked a small gutter project with them in July, was told first it would be 8 weeks out, then it got pushed back multiple times. Worst part was I was given a "firm" date 4 times, only for the day to come and go with no word from them. I would call and they would give some excuse and reschedule again. 4 times this happened, all the way through November, for them finally to say they don't have enough teams to get to my project and now winter's settling in so they won't get to it until Spring. Meanwhile they'd been sitting on my deposit that whole time. Just really poor communication and integrity on their part. I would have gone with literally anyone else had I known this is how they operate, so the best I can do is warn others. Don't waste your time.

They gave very accurate estimates, showed up to work when they said they would, and were very accommodating when I wanted a few changes. Work was done, efficiently and with high-quality. When I noted one area that needed a slight change, they returned to immediately and did so. Since the work has been done, all is functioning extremely well. Overall very happy with their service and strongly recommend them.

They did a great job with replacing our roof and installing our rain gutters. We would definitely recommend their services.

Great experiences with both roofing and now rain gutters. Transparency with cost prior to work and good communication throughout the process. We haven’t had any issues with the work they’ve done for us and are pleased with our fixes overall. Will use this company again.

I am pleased that they are prompt in coming to reassess any problems that were made due to miscommunication of workorders. They corrected gutters to our specifications and I am very pleased with their work.

Very responsive and quick on the estimate. They squeezed me into their schedule and did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I'll be using them for future work and refer to my friends.

We contacted Heritage Rain Gutters to install some new gutter lines and drains at our newly purchased house. After getting bids from another company, their bid was competitive with pricing, so we decided to give them a try. The initial install looked great, and the team of guys, lead by Wade did a great job making everything look good and getting the job done quickly. However, the first rainstorm after the install revealed that a couple of the gutter lines had some leaks, so we reached back out to Heritage to make things right. They were quick to send Wade back out the following week to come take a look. Wade was very professional, kind, and efficient in fixing the leaks with no extra charge! It's great to see a company who knows how to treat customers fairly and that doesn't consider the job done until it's done right.
My only minor suggestion is that both times someone from the team was working on the gutters, a little bit of trash was left for me to pick up. Not a big problem though, we're very happy with our gutters. Thank you!

They took out the old gutter and replaced it with a new one as I had discussed it with the contractor.
They did an excellent job.
