I don't recommend them. They are not careful with their work and cause more problems than where you started. They trimmed my door for no reason and forethought and it resulted in a wide gap. Now rodents can enter my home and it's constantly cold due to lack of insulation. On repeated complaining, their multiple attempts in fixing it failed. I spent lot of money and trips to HomeDepot to try to fix the mess they created. Now I might have to replace the entire door! They promised to come back and fix the problem but they never showed up and stopped responding to my texts / calls. Never pay them in full until you are satisfied with the job! I do give them credit for fixing my original problem with the floors though but I wish hired someone more professional and knows what they are doing.

Citrine just converted my 1992 "master bath" into a true Master bathroom! They are professional, courteous, respectful and do great work. They helped us bring an idea to life better than I could've without them. Highly recommend for your next renovation project!

Update:
My ex husband and I have tried many many times by text and phone to get the deck fixed about 6-12 months ago and was told would look at it but nothing. Still to this day no contact.

I was looking for someone to redo my original deck of 20 yrs with composite. Received 2 estimates and Will at Citrine NW was the one I chose and I'm glad I did. He was very professional, on time we agreed with the design and came out better than I imagined. I will definitely use Will again with other projects in my house. Also, his employee Jake did a fantastic job as well. One very satisfied customer

I started a complete remodel of my upstairs. When I reached a point where I didn’t have the skills to continue the project I called Will. I’m very happy I did. From the onset he was prompt, honest, and communicated at all steps of the project. I asked him to finish the drywall projects and create a REAL bathroom from the tiny one that previously existed. Will did such a great job on that walk in shower I had him remodel 2 more downstairs. Unlike some contractors Will is responsive and ON TIME (big pet peeve of mine). Thanks for your hard work. I’ll definitely use Citrine NW in the future!

This company was a total nightmare from day one. Scott and Will were supposed to build me a awning that was supposed to take two weeks to put up then we heard excuse after excuse of why they couldn’t put it up when they ordered the wood it was the wrong wood and a very low quality. Scott lied about ordering the roof panels he kept telling us they would be in within two weeks 2 1/2 months later we are still waiting for them because he never ordered them Will came over and sprayed the wood because the wood was not treated and got overspray on my roof on my windows and on my house, plants and patio at that point he was fired they were very unprofessional and I would not refer them to anyone. The work was very sloppy bent nails crooked brackets screws loose on the brackets on the roof very poor workmanship!! I have pictures to prove it !

Our family was in desperate need to have a backyard deck completely torn apart and redone. I contacted the owner Will and he was able to get back with me that day to meet up and provide us with a quote. He is a really nice guy, super professional and his work is top quality. I can't tell you how nice it is to have a contractor call you back the day you inquire on a project and have a quote emailed to us by the end of the night. WIll personally came out that day to take a look at our deck and gave us a good idea of what we could expect moving forward. He handled everything from procuring materials to building and designing the deck. That's what we got with Citrine NW. We are really happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that Will put into our new deck. I would highly recommend Citrine NW for a wide variety of general construction needs as he is very talented and very professional.

We just had Citrine (Will) completly replace our 2nd story deck and did it in a timley matter. They paid attention to detail and even did extra little work we asked as the project went on. I would highly recommend hiring Citrine to do any construction job no matter how big or small the job.

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
