BHI received rights to use our property for advertising. Now won't even come look at their work or return phone calls.
Left a dozen voicemails. Finally the front desk answered. I asked for someone to come look at our house. She assumed I wanted it done under warranty; I had said nothing of the sort. She remained defensive, asked virtually no questions, and assumed the worst. Customer service at it's worst; learn some empathy.
If you can't even look at the properties you are using for advertising I can't imagine what you do for other structures.
these people stole 10k from my business. they have no ethics and should never be used. ever. during covid. they also laughed in my face about it. they are the opposite of good business. they are a nightmare I did a whole hotel wing they gave me hush money then ghosted me.
