We lost heat in our house on a Friday night. Costin with Sinrom Construction came promptly, diagnosed the boiler system got us heating and hot water for the night. He returned the next day performed maintenance on the system too. Highly recommend Sinrom Construction for all your radiant boiler heating systems. He is professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. Very well educated and a professional at everything I've seen him do. From inner in floor radiant, to top notch clean electrical instillation, to spot on finish work, everything he has done is amazing and in good quality working order. 10/10 would reccomend to anybody that needs a contractor for just about anything.

Sinrom Construction is a rare find in mountain contractors. Costin answers his phone, shows up when he says he will, and completes the job without asking for more $$ than he bid. We needed a new tankless water heater and our propane heater repaired. We will use Sinrom for all of our home needs in the future.

We had a Rinnei on-demand hot water put in last year. Costin did a great job installing and going through every thing you would need to know for proper operation. We have saved at least $50.00 per month on our gas bill switching over to on-demand. Well worth the initial investment. As well as hot water for as long as you need it. I recommend Sinrom for your mechanical needs.

We were without heat or hot water for a few days when I contacted Costin on Friday evening. He came that night to try to get the boiler going. It was clear that he didn't want to leave us until it was fixed. Came back Monday after going down the hill to get parts. 2 hours later we have heat!! At a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. Highly recommend.

After nine years of inconsistent service from other Heat and AC companies in the area, Costin was able to correctly diagnose and repair our finicky boiler. He's incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond and reasonably priced. It doesn't hurt that he's also a general contractor.

The service was prompt, and he was there when he said he would be. He is very knowledgeable about boilers, and did everything he could to help us with our system. This company is a must have on your phone contact list!

I had a terrible experience and do not recommend this company. In April 2023 we reached out for estimates and ideas for a shower remodel and a kitchen remodel. He came to our house over an hour late without calling, looked dumbfounded at the projects and told us he had no ideas. Zero ideas on how to do his job. When we offered our own ideas, he said they were not possible. One of the ideas was as simple as moving a vent to make the shower bigger, which he didn't know how to do. On top of it all, he still charged us $250 for nothing at all. Terrible customer service and lack of skills.

For what it's worth, we had other contractors come to our house who gave us a free estimate and free ideas and completed the job with zero issues. I feel played to be honest.

Costin and his team did a GREAT job of power washing, and staining/sealing our log home using Thermachink products. We would recommend them to anyone. They were professional, courteous and did the job when the promised and finished ahead of schedule.

This was the first time we used a GC due the scope of the project (kitchen remodel with wall removal and large hardwood floor refinishing). Costin understood we were on a tight budget and wanted to do as much of the job that we thought we could. The subs Costin oversaw (flooring and cabinet maker) were elite. Costin managed the subs work and when we thought it was good, if it didn't meet his standards, he would have them do it again. Definitely had our best interest in the forefront. When we did expand the project, he helped achieve that as cost efficient as possible.

While I have not yet had the opportunity to use Sinrom Construction, I've called twice and have had excellent conversations regarding our needs.

We reached out to 11 local companies surrounding Park County Colorado fto schedule a site visit for our dream home. Only 2 responded, one via email. Sinrom called me back the same day, and came onsite to see the 10 acres and walked the area with me sharing many suggestions and cautions that not many people are honest enough to share. When you deal with someone who has integrity it is evident. They share valuable inside knowledge anyone moving off grid into Park County will not know. The amazing work done by Costin and his team of sub contractors was well worth the time and money to bring us a wonderful cozy modern mountain house kitchen. The carpentry work done by his sub contractor Tim was top of the line personal professionally done cabinetry that will put any brand name bought cabinets to shame. Soft-close quality hardware along with other quality of life features added with the cabinets. Amazing quality wood and finish, perfectly installed and level.

*Note : Added pictures are from the completed work on cabinets, we already had quartz counter tops previously that they worked wonderfully around to accommodate the new cabinetry. The countertops and backsplash will be installed at a later date as this was not part of the contract with Sinrom. They got everything perfectly ready for the countertop/backsplash install. Sinrom Construction came in and replaced my wood deck with composite decking and metal rails. They worked hard and diligently to complete the job in less than a week! There was never a pile of debris on the property, they cleaned up daily. Ethical, dependable, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the completed deck. Thank you, Costin! You are my go-to guy for any construction or home improvement project!

Costin was very professional and very knowledgeable. He serviced my Boiler system, added a gas line for my dryer and serviced my Rinnai tankless heater. He instructed me on proper maintenance of my systems and how to prevent damage and neglect. Costin set my boiler to the proper specifications and advised me to insulate my pipes upstairs. (He went beyond his work to help me out) - Since the servicing of my equipment at my home my Gas bill has dropped by almost 100 dollars and my electric bill has reduced by 30 dollars for the same time this year. (this has saved me 400 bucks this year so far...)

Costin’s workmanship is beautiful. We are so happy with our bathroom remodel. He was always punctual and courteous. He was mindful and respectful of our time. Although we had many hiccups with this project, it was not his fault and he did all he could to make it right for us. We appreciated his care in the details. We definitely recommend his work. He’s a Jack of all trades it seems as well. So if you need it done, I’m sure he can do it.

Mr Stanesco completed the installation of a hot tub that I had purchased. that included the wiring and repairing a couple of leaks that came up during install. He also instructed my on the proper use.
We are not planning a master bath remodel with Mr Stanesco and his team. I highly recommend him for all your needs as well.

Costin installed a new tankless hot water heater for us. He did a nice, clean job and was willing to work with us on our preferences on the venting and how we wanted to mount it. My husband (also a contractor) installed the venting from our attic, out the roof where there was already an existing hole from the old hot water heater. Costin handled everything else, including mounting the tankless unit, the plumbing and disposed of the old hot water heater. He was pleasant to work with, professional and on time.

Costin and his subs did a fantastic job refinishing our wood floors. They started and finished the project on time and the quality of the work was excellent. Great attention to detail and professional presentation. Highly recommended.

Costin replaced my old water heater with a new Rinnai on demand water heater. Excellent work, arrived on time, completed on schedule, would not hesitate to use him again or recommend to friends.

Costin re-engineered my utilities room, getting rid of the bulky old hot water heater, replacing it with a tankless that is more efficient. At the same time, he replaced my undersized water tank with a bigger one. The job required re-engineering piping and water flow. As always, Costin did an excellent job. When my side arm hot water tank exploded under the house I called Costin and helped me find a reputable and fair place down in Denver to purchase a new tank and he was able to bring all the new lines and fixtures the next day so I was only out of hot water for 2 days. Have an Overhead microwave oven that was a little tricky to install. The original installers passed on doing the job. Costin was able to take care of it with no problem. He was professional and showed up when he said he would. He did a great job at a reasonable price. We would recommend him and will use him again.
