Auto Glass Unlimited - Windshield Replacement

Could not have had a better experience with them. Not only were they the only company to include recalibration as a option (and only if needed-which it typically is not and I had no idea) but they got me in within a couple days and had the job done so quick. Fantastic communication, service, and professionalism. Thank you!

Summer and Chad were great. Summer helped me book an appointment and kept me updated! Chad checked in to give me a window of time when he would be arriving and then called to confirm when he was 30 minutes away. He quickly changed out my windshield in my driveway.

Unhelpful customer service on multiple occasions when calling the Bailey location. Was hoping to get a rock chip filled, but it seemed that my desire to bring the company business was an inconvenience. No call back after days having left a voicemail. Once I got in contact with someone, she had an unprofessional attitude and made it seem like working around my schedule would be extremely difficult. Unfortunately, I'm not predisposed to know how the company operates. My questions should be welcomed, not met with grief. Thanks.

I highly recommend Autoglassunlimited! For starters Summer at the office was extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my needs including scheduling on my time. Chad and Zach the installers were on time and very professional. They did a fantastic job and a perfect installation on my Jeep Cherokee.

I was calling around asking about a new windshield for my car. I talked to one company and asked about calibration for my car after the windshield was installed. The answer was it's $300.00. Next I called Summer at Auto Glass Unlimited the same question and she also told me that the cost is $300.00, BUT she continued to explain to me how it works and said that the cars very very seldom need it done. She assured me they would have the machine to take care of it IF it was needed. I don't know if the first company I talked to would have handled it the way Summer explained it to me or if the would have just done the calibration and charged me the $300.00. So thank you for my new windshield Auto Glass Unlimited, I appreciate the job you did on the installation and for the honest way you do business. I will call you next time I need a new windshield!

So there was a mix-up between what we thought we were going to pay and the actual amount. In addition, we needed an extra molding piece that was going to cost more. The gentleman that installed and myself agreed on a fair price which was more than we thought and less than he thought and they did a great job installing the windshield. I had a windshield put in on 6/5/2024 and yesterday on 6/9/2024 driving on 285 a very tiny pebble popped up and spilt the entire windshield. I’m talking so small you could barely hear it. I’ve had actual rocks pop up and hit my windshield on my other car and nothing happened so clearly this was a defective windshield. They are being extremely unhelpful will not work with me and said they will not do anything. I don’t want anyone else to have a bad experience like I did so I would definitely NOT recommend using auto glass unlimited. ️ I’ve had safelite and cornerstone look at it and they both have confirmed it was a defective windshield.

They did a windshield replacement for me and it turned out amazing. The pricing was the best around and the customer service was amazing. Both very sweet and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future! I recommend!!

I highly recommend this company. They are quick, fast, nice and responsible. They did really good job changing a windshield on my Dodge 2006 in no time. I am going to use them in the future for sure. On the top of this fairly priced. Thank you again.

I had to replace the windshield in our work truck and from 1st call to completion of work was seamless and fast (less than 24 hours). Chad and summer were great and their price was so much better than anyone in this area (I called 6). Needless to say, I highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome people to work with! Used them last year on my pickup truck and they did an amazing job! OEM glass, new seals, and everything was installed properly (with no leaks). They worked with my insurance and I was able to get my windshield for no out of pocket costs. Used them this year on my MINI and they were quick, professional, and super convenient. Love that they came to my house and took care of everything right in my driveway. Didn't use insurance for the MINI and they were super affordable!

We had to have one windshield replaced and another that needed a few fills. The customer service from Summer from the initial quote to scheduling and further communication was fantastic! We were able to get both cars worked on at our home on at the same time.

There was a mix up on which windshield needed to be replaced... But the guys made it right immediately. We ended up needing both windshields replaced due to the mistake, but they made sure to find the new windshield for the second car the same day and it was fixed within 3 hours of when they originally got there. Considering they had to go over an hour away to pick up the last minute windshield, I was very impressed. He has had the new windshields now for two weeks and no issues, they were was a friendly and did a clean job. Mistakes happen, but they made sure it was made right and did so in a very quickly. I will add that this was on a Friday afternoon as well, and these guys were working till 6pm to make it right.

Will definitely be calling them again for future repair needs and will be recommending them to anyone I can.

I needed my back window repaired ASAP. I was going to be unable to drive my car until it was repaired. I was able to call them get a quote and then get a repair service member to come out and repair it within about an hour and a half. I reached out to Safelite and others that couldn’t do it for up to five days. They came out to my home and did it within 30 minutes. Everything looked great when they were done and it was amazing service. Would highly recommend again.

I am very happy with the service of this business. I needed my windshield replaced on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I called on a Friday and they were able to come the next Tuesday but that was to soon for me so they came on Thursday to my office. I ended up getting sick Thursday morning and thought I was going to have to cancel but I decided that was not an option. I called their office and talked to Summer who is super nice and told her my situation and asked if it was possible to have the installers come early so I could go home since I was sick. She said it was unlikely since the schedule for the installers was already predetermined and I was looking at installation towards the end of the day. That was kind of a bummer but I accepted it and understood, being self employed for 20+ years I get it. Next thing I know I get a call from the installer and he informs me that they will be at my office in the next 45 min. This saved me at least 2 hr. if not more so now I can go home and be sick. Thank you so much Summer and Summer's husband, Jeep wave to both of you.

Great service! I called around 9am and my windshield was repaired by 2:30 pm the same day. They called to let me know when they were on their way and had everything taken care of quickly. I grabbed a few cards to recommend them to others as needed.

They Replaced a side window on my RV it was custom cut , tempered and installed in a timely manner. Thanks Auto Glass Unlimited.

Rather disappointed with a recent windshield install from them. We had prices quoted on two vehicles that they could come to the same work location saving them money. I had requested a particular brand of glass and they said they could do that for the quoted price. The day before the install I get a call saying that they could not get the glass and substituted it for a less desirable brand. it was not the worst glass so I went with it.... no discounts of course from the change.

After the install, both of us noticed that the pricing was $20 higher and they explained that was for glass disposal...being in the glass business myself for many years I know that was a stretch and was simply more profit added.

The other person who got their windshield replaced at the same time found that his antenna was broken off during the install....they denied it at first but then agreed to reimburse him.

Not the worst install I have ever had but I think they need to improve on communication and professionalism before advertising themselves as they do. This is the kind of stuff you see from fly by night companies.

Only people who could find the mirror I needed fixed. Good price. Mirror got in on a Tuesday they came out the next day and got it put on. Top notch service from beginning to end.

Fast at home windshield replacement, only giving 4 stars for a few reasons.

-The quote didn't include molding so there was a $60 surprise upcharge, making them the same price as the national brand in the red and black trucks, plus the new molding does not look factory.
-There were scraps from the old rubber molding strewn about inside and outside my car.
-There were Smudges of adhesive on the hood and drivers door that were easily wiped away since it was still fresh, would have been much harder to clean if found later.

The staff were friendly, but taking a few minutes to clean up after their work would have resulted in 5 stars.

Chad and gerald are amazing! They were here perfectly on time even with implementing weather and our very tricky driveway! They were fast , efficient and very professional. They put new molding on as well. In and out in twenty minutes! Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible costumer service and communication. I spoke to a man on Friday, and explained that my window on my passenger side door needed to be replaced. Somehow that got lost in translation and they had me down for chip repair. I spoke to a woman on the phone this morning to clarify what I needed done, and thought I was set to go. They came by today with a windshield, not a window. The woman I spoke to called me back, and instead of apologizing for the confusion about a clearly frustrating situation, she proceeded to blame me for not communicating what I needed done to my car. I clearly stated to both people that I needed my passenger side window replaced, because I’m going on a road trip soon and it will be raining on the drive, and that I can’t not have a window. She then began to gaslight me and said I never told anyone that (why on Earth would I call a place to get expensive work done on my car and not explain what I needed done? Clearly I wasn’t being listened to.) The conversation ended with her yelling at me and hanging up. I’ve worked in costumer service for years and I know that is not the way a professional would handle this situation. Horrifying.

I have three vehicle's and Auto Glass Unlimited replaced all three windshields the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Thanks AGU you have a customer for life!

Summer contacted my insurance company and helped with filing the claim and I paid nothing out of pocket! Best customer service both in the office and out in the field. Auto Glass Unlimited replaced my very cracked windshield in July. They came out to the location that was most convienent for me, replaced my windshield in a timely manner despite the wicked heat and were extremly professional and pleasant to work with. My windshield was amazing! Then a couple of weeks ago, as I was driving down I-25, a large rock from a truck flew into the bottom left corner of my windshield causing unrepairable damage again. I called Auto Glass Unlimited to see if it was repairable but alas, it was not. They helped me work through my insurance company to replace once again and came out two days later. Thanks to Summer and her crew for being so helpful and responsive! I highly recommend this shop!

This was my first time using Auto Glass Unlimited and found them to be extremely competent. They ended up coming to my home and I was surprised at the quality of the glass for the price. I have a 07 Nissan Titan truck. Completely satisfied with the work, the timing of the appointment (even with dealing with horrible weather) and the price. Will use them again.

This company is hands down the best auto glass company in Colorado!! I have an older Durango and the automatic windows break down periodically. I have used other companies before I found Auto Glass Unlimited. The service is impeccable. Chad came to my work and fixed two windows in the Fall. One of the window cables broke this month and he came as soon as the part arrived. The outfit that sold the power window mechanism would not warranty the part and Chad did it all for no additional charge!!

Awesome business! Amazing price! Great communication from Summer (who sent the guys with an upgraded version of my old glass with visor tint!!!) and Chad replaced my windshield in only about 20 minutes. I'll be bringing my RAV into AGU for some tinting, Soon!

Great glass, amazing service. They answered all my questions, gave me a great quote, and the installation quality is excellent. Skip the big commercial places that quote hundreds more for dealer glass! I had an older model car, so for me the new glass was actually an upgrade.

We have used Auto Glass Unlimited for several windshields and side windows. These guys are the best of the best! Just had a side window installed yesterday and the darn thing kept rattling. I called Chad and he was out within 20 minutes checking it out. The rattle didn't end up being anything from their installation, the darn seat belt buckle was rattling which was completely my fault. I apologized profusely to Chad and he took my ignorance in stride. Highly recommend Auto Glass Unlimited!

Rudest person answered the phone. No acknowledgement of the company, and when I asked if this was auto glass unlimited all I got was “yeah but they’re closed”. Called at 6:30 and google says they close at 7. Was looking to get information to bring my car in over the weekend but I’ll look elsewhere

I got 3 quotes, and these guys were way lower then anyone else I spoke to. Super fast install (thanks, I had a full schedule), got me in a half hour early, and out in about 35 minutes. A new windshield is one of the best things you can do for your car. It gives your car new life, even if it is only seems like it, from behind the wheel. I am very happy to have found Auto Glass Unlimited. I live in Black Hawk and needed windshields replaced on all 4 of my vehicles. Auto Glass Unlimited gave me a great deal to replace all of them right here at my home in the mountains. They were on time and very professional.

LOVE my windows!!!! - It all started when I got a rock chip in my windshield. Chad fixed it same day and as he was doing that we started talking about tinting the car to pass time. I had windows that had NO tint what so ever, and ever since I bought the car, wanted tint, but even the Groupon deals other places were too expensive for my car! Once we started talking, he gave me a great price and scheduled it for a couple days later. I could not be happier!!! The tint is even with no bubbles, (which honestly I was concerned about at such a great price!) and has not only improved the look of my car, but the temperature inside is so much easier to maintain! I have recommend many friends and family to Chad and all have come back happy, including my own son who had to have a window replaced due to a canoe going through it! Quick, reasonable and always with a smile!!!

Very competitive pricing. I shopped around before choosing AGU. The price with the new gasket was significantly cheaper at Auto Glass Unlimited than it was at SL. I purchased the windshield out of pocket. The process of contacting AGU and speaking directly to the technician-owner/operators was very reassuring. Replaced the windshield within 24 hours of quote.

My daughter is a nice,trusting, school mate that used her friend from school's business today. She was wrong because she had a quote and apparently didn't read it becausawe it was different than the quote she told me. ANY WAY whoever is right or wromg his cost for the same job (actually less because he ended up NOT putting int tint on the front window which was in the quote.) the job cost was 3 TI*MES the amount the company that our family always uses was quoted the day before. She told me the quotes were so close that she wanted to support her highsciiool mate instead. SO legally maybe he was right??????????? (I'm not sure he ended up doing less window tints than was on the quote)BUT I WARN YOU TO GET MORE QUOTES FROM OTHER WINDOW TINTING COMPANIES BEFORE USING AUTO GLASS UNLIMITED!3# times the amount is cheating in my book! I* am not the one that actually owns the car but I would take this to court before letting the charge go through and get a legal opinion. Business is built and taken down by referrals and he wasn't interesting in correcting his actions when I called. IT was the owner so always get the total quotes on paper before having work done.The work order and the reciept looked very different!.EVERYTHING CLEAR ON THE RECEIPT!

Love this company. I had them replace my windshield. They got me in earlier than my appointment time and did an excellent job. However, about a week or so later, I realized the molding was coming out on one side of the windshield. Chad came out to my house on a Saturday afternoon and fixed it for me at no charge. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible experience- rude women in the office- told me anytime between 7 am and 7 pm for install.. The installer named "Chad" said he was an independent contractor ironically looks like he maybe the owner. Maybe that's just a coincidence. Whoever he was he wanted to charge an additional $55 in the middle of the install. I would never use this company again.
