We engaged Chimney Doctors for a leak issue on a client roof we installed recently... SUPER thorough inspection for the customer. Ace was fanstastic explaining code requirements, updates etc and providing multiple options for future uses of the fireplace.

Also helped identify the source of the leaking that multiple repair attempts seemed to be missing the issue (turns out the chimney was the source, not the roofing materials)!

Definitely will be utilizing their expertise and knowledge in the future!

What an amazing job by Ace and Isaiah. They not only did thorough cleaning but also took the time to show me how to properly maintain our stove and what supplies I needed to properly care for my stove. I actually learned something and you could tell they took pride in their job. I highly recommend their service and I almost forgot Ace asked if I was a veteran and they added a veteran discount. They definitely wanted me to get the best deal.

Keegan at Chimney Doctors did a great job cleaning my Chimney and wood stove. He provided information and instructions on how to keep them clean and signs something might be wrong. It was easy to get a quick appointment and Keegan showed up on time and spent plenty of time in cleaning and inspecting everything. I will definitely use Chimney Doctors again.

Excellent experience all around! Vivian, Crystal and Keegan were my go to people for selection and installation of a gas “wood burning” stove. Phones are answered, visits are prompt/on schedule and the installation professional and clean. Keegan helmed the old stove removal and new installation which was accomplished in a matter of hours including roof and flue pipe work. Particularly impressive was his knowledge of the electronics of the model I selected. He made sure we know how to operate the stove/remote and understood maintenance recommendations. So happy, we had them back the following week for dryer vent clean out for this new house purchase. Apparently hadn’t been cleaned ever from the gobs of lint they removed in the long run of vent pipe. Now no worries for fire in chimney or dryer vent. I can’t recommend these folks highly enough!

My main issue with my pellet stove was resolved and a part needed for another repair ordered.

We purchased a 40 year old log home and soon discovered that the wood stove was not up to par! Chimney Doctors came out (Trenton) and did a full inspection. We discussed options to make it all safe moving forward. Ordered a full new system and about a month later Ace and Elijah came out and got the job done perfectly . The fireplace is efficient and looks awesome!!!

We were accustomed to a fireplace and the differences with a stove- wow. Our catalytic converter/combuster has not been cleaned in at least 10 years and previous cleaners never mentioned it. The difference in heat and no fumes was instant and the education of operating the stove was easy to understand

Spoke to office staff (Vivian?) and they were able to get someone out same day, Keegan arrived and got my gear back on in a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable and even showed me some tips and tricks on how to troubleshoot on my own in the future.

Josiah and Isaiah were wonderful. They came out to do some much needed repair on our fireplace. They were polite and professional and left everything clean when they were done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use Chimney Doctors again.

Just had my chimney inspected and cleaned and a gasket replaced by Josiah & Matt from Chimney Doctors. Great crew—really informative, professional and just nice people. This also goes for the office staff. I will definitely be using them again. Made good recommendations of upkeep and maintenance that needed to be done without giving a hard sell.

Great experience, all the way from Vivian in the office to Keegan and his assistance in the field. Keegan was very knowledgeable and educated us on the ins and outs of a wood stove. These guys got our wood stove from not burning wood at all to heating the whole house in a couple of hours. Took great care in not tracking snow thru the house to cleaning up afterwards.

Josiah and Isaiah helped us out with our pellet stove and chimney pipe cleaning and the experience could not have been better. They were professional, polite and we were both so happy to have had these young men take care of our home. You could just tell they have good character. Very pleased with our experience.

Chimney Doctors always do a great job. This time, Josiah and Isaiah swept our chimney and cleaned our dryer vent. They were very helpful and were in and out quickly.

Josiah and Nate arrived on time even though it was snowing and roads were bad. They were kind, friendly, and professional. They answered my questions with smiles on their faces and cleaned my chimney so I can safely build more fires in my fireplace this winter. They spread sheets over my wood floor so they wouldn’t make a mess in my house. They didn’t track in any wet snow or mud somehow— although I suspect they must have cleaned my floors when I wasn’t looking. They even polished the glass doors on my fireplace. Josiah came to sweep our very frequently used fireplace. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail. We've been using Chimey Doctors for all of our chimney and pellet stove needs over the last 3 years and they never disappoint!

I needed a pellet stove swap done so I called the Chimney Doctors. Dealing with them has been a pleasure from start to finish.
We did have a little hiccup mainly because the work was being done up in the mountains. Chimney Doctors worked with me to get the swap scheduled on relatively short notice after the hiccup.
Adam and John then showed up to do the swap. They were amazing. Very professional. They explained everything to my satisfaction, and they left the work area spotless.
Chimney Doctors is now my go-to stove company.

Josiah and Isaiah were able to come sooner than scheduled which I appreciated. They were very kind and explained all of the repair work in detail and gave me options for fixing the fireplaces. They gave me a quote for the work to be done before they left.

Josiah and Isaiah arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned the dryer vent, cleaned up the lint etc from the outside vent, hooked the dryer back up and moved the washer and dryer back in place. I’ll definitely be calling Chimney Doctors for any future service.

Steve and his partner were great; quick, clean and thorough. They cleaned and inspected two gas fireplaces - both look like new - they also climbed the roof and inspected the chimney and sealed it nicely. Totally using these guys again.

We rarely submit a review for anything. However, this stove installation was exceptional. While not cheap, it was fairly priced. They actually gave us money back for parts not used. Adam and Keegan were friendly, professional, and asked for our comments before they started and during the installation. It was completed in a timely manner, the area was cleaned up well and everything worked as expected.

Joe did a great job at my place this past week. Very happy with the cleaning and inspection. He fixed a nagging thing on my insert too, much appreciated.

Steve and Tre came out to assess the pellet stove and fireplace in our newly purchased house. They were SO thorough, respectful of our house and helpful in answering questions that I would HIGHLY recommend them! They covered the floors in the area they worked, vacuumed everything while working and when done, and explained their findings and options both to me and my husband when he came home. We are truly happy we contacted them to do this assessment and will be contacting them for all future work!

Chimney Doctors tracked down what may have well been the last spare part in existence for our pretty old stove. And Steve and Joe were great at replacing it (and answering all my questions).

Had a persistent, infuriating, small roof leak. MATT in the office understood my concern and desire to completely mitigate the issue and provided a repair path forward. Chimney Doctors installed my fireplace and chimney 20 tears ago and has been servicing them annually since then. They are consistently thorough and professional and have kept everything in perfect running order. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My most recent technicians were Steve and Josiah. Steve has been coming here for years and is a real pro. Josiah is new but is learning from Steve and is already quite proficient. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Trenton and Tre cleaned and checked my dryer vent. They worked well together. Trenton excelled in customer service as he answered questions, and explained what they had done in a friendly and professional manner.

Had my 28 year old wood stove cleaned again. Vivian was great in getting the appt made, switched and remade. The crew were amazing kept the house clean, did an amazing job and were very customer friendly! Outstanding experience all around. Thanks so much!

We're long-time customers of Chimney Doctors. We scheduled our annual wood stove and pellet stove cleaning, and they were able to get us in within a week or so. Joe and Nate arrived exactly on time and were entirely professional and friendly. Finished the job in only about an hour. Got a full inspection and safety report as well. Highly recommend.

Update to this review.... November 2024 I had Chimney Doctors install a new combustion motor on my Harmen pellet stove. Matt was my technician and he went above and way beyond to replace the 3 factory installed bolts that were completely strip by me over tightening them in an attempt to stop the vibration and motor noise for the old motor. He had to get very creative to make this happen, even driving 3 miles to town to the hardware store. He could have just told me we'd have to order the correct bolts from Harmen leaving me with no stove and no heat in November. He was AWESOME!
I would give Chimney Doctors SIX STARS if it was an option!
Breanna (I could be mistaken on the name) in the office was also exceptional helping me with scheduling and with a call the day prior to service with a very accurate time they would be at my home.

We just moved into a remodeled 50 year old house in the local area and needed 2 fireplaces inspected. From the initial phone call and scheduling to the 2 techs that came out (Tegan and Craig) everything was professional, friendly and efficient! Their attention to detail is something I would expect from someone working on their own equipment. They left everything that they worked on in better condition than when they arrived. Even though our stoves need to be replaced they were thorough and respectful of everything that they dealt with. I wish every business was this thoughtful about how they dealt with customers! While in the end it was bad news, it was not unexpected. I've been working with the team at Chimney Drs for about 8 years on numerous projects. And every time it's always been a positive experience with very professional outcomes in the end.
