I’ve had the pleasure of working with Singles Roofing for several years. They are one of the few reliable and professional roofing service around. Whether it’s a complete tear-off, roof repair or maintenance on a residential shingled roof or commercial flat roof, they can handle it all.

They have tenured employees that enjoy working for the company which says a lot to what they value and how they treat them. They provide excellent quality work and do the job right the first time.

This is not just a company that will throw out a price to you. Whenever I met with Jim Brindis (President) he takes the time to explain the issue and walks through the solution process. I highly recommend Singles Roofing to any homeowner or Property Manager!

Jim came out and the assessed damage. The next day he sent two individuals to fix the leak. Fast. Efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Very dependable, responsive and professional. Have been using this company for over 10 years for our commercial property management company. For roof leaks they always locate the leaks and make the repairs correctly. Jim calls and schedules with the tenants based on their availability. His crew are always is on time and very professional. I have had tenants call and tell me how easy and pleasant they were during the whole process. Have never had to call back for the same leak. For new installs they take their time and install correctly. Very reputable and I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Installed a new roof it looks great his crew is very professional they cleaned up any debris that came off the roof, I would highly recommend Singles Roofing.

Failed to do what they were hired to do correctly the first time. Threatened to put a lien on our house for not paying an additional $500 for unwarranted work that was never authorized verbally or in writing when they came back to examine their incomplete repair. From the response, you see Singles still does not acknowledge why they were hired in the first place. We wanted a leak fixed. Singles made a repair but overlooked or ignored the fact that the roof was leaking 12” from the repair site resulting in major damage at our expense. These were not “new” leaks but leaks that Singles was hired to repair and was the singular reason they were hired. We were promised a warranty, but never received one. The rebuttal below is the only warranty documentation we have.

No common courtesy. This company decided to start work at 7am in the morning knowing full well they had no right being at our complex that early. Full blown roofing construction. Tenants here cant even do laundry until 830am 9am or any remodeling. They took advantage that no one is around to tell them not to be there that early, and when any of the residents complained and asked to work at a later time they had the nerve to tell us they had every right to be there. I work in maintenance/restoration at multiple complexes here in Rolling Meadows, we cant make any noise until a certain time, even here. Since our Association office doesn't open until 9am, the office informed us to call the authorities next time. Something I do not want to do but will if I have to.
