I hired Simplex for several reasons, two being that they were licensed and insured which lately, I can't find an honest contractor who REALLY has both a legitimate license and insurance. They performed two jobs for me: removed a brick chimney from on top my roof that continually leaked for years from flashing being improperly installed around the base of the chimney and he did this in a timely manner right before a storm was about to hit to prevent any further damage to my house. It was even a Saturday right before a Sunday storm. The second job was to repair inside damages from water getting into my home (stained ceilings, discolored bricks from the rain water impacting it). They improved both issues. I personally find his prices to be somewhat expensive but after having other contractors repeatedly do it wrong or ineffectively, I knew I needed someone who would ensure it was done properly.

Mr. Cabrerra was professional from beginning to end. He talked me through all the details of the process, which was especially important as I was out of state when the job was done. He and his crew showed up on time, every time. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would use Simplex any day.
