We had a rather sizable project. We had a bit of siding to replace and our entire metal and asphalt roof, along with solid panels that needed to come down and back up. Blake was amazing to work with. He was an expert when it came to dealing with insurance, set clear expectations, the crews did great work and cleaned up all debris. Fully recommend!!

What a fantastic experience working with Evan and his team at Simple! With a 12 year old roof, and even older (original 30+ years) gutters, exterior windows and screens that had all endured brutal hail damage every summer since, we were more than overdue for repairs and replacements.

The endless solicitations by roofing companies that “just happened to be in our neighborhood” never felt right - it was obvious they were all about getting a hold of your insurance claim, throw a roof on and then get out. That might be an option for someone ready to sell, but this is our forever house and so I wanted a more considered and consultative approach to get results that were going to last and also meet our budget and aesthetic requirements too! So I called several of the more established local companies to vet them out, and Simple was the absolute clear winner.

Evan reviewed everything from top to bottom, provided advice and recommendations that were honest and straightforward, took time to meet with our claims adjuster for a walk through, and communicated process, timeline and logistics at every single step.

With Evan came his professional team of project managers, installers, and admin staff to get every facet of the work and project done right. It was a ton of work but everything went absolutely effortlessly and perfectly- not only did we end up with excellent results from roof to gutters to windows and screens, but the post work cleanup and followup was phenomenal - not a scrap of anything in our yard and not a single thing to worry about in meeting all of insurance requirement paperwork either. We were so pleased we’ve got them coming back to paint our entire house and replace some additional windows too. So thankfully no need to have to deal with all those house painting and window solicitors either!
