Amazing kindness! I was passing through Castle Rock and stopped to get gas only to realize that my gas door would not open. Feeling a bit stranded without fuel, I randomly called Elite and asked if they would take a look at the gas door. They welcomed me, quickly took a look and determined that it would take several hours to fix due to a broken part but they were willing to get the gas door open so I could get gas. It took them about 15 minutes and they sent me on my way free of charge! Absolutely saved my day allowing me to get gas and back home. Thank you very much!

Shane and the guys hooked up our Lexus with new UCA’s and a KDSS spacer kit. Rides great and got rid of the lean. They’re always great with communication and fair!

This shop and staff are absolutely amazing! They helped me fix issues with my engine after other shops repeatedly told me it was not able to be fixed. They do not try and nickel and dime you to death and are efficient with timely service and repairs! This is the only place I will be getting service done in the future! Recommend 100/10!

I am happy to have found Elite Auto. Not everyone is willing to work on a 2005 Volvo with high milleage. I was very impressed with how fast they were able to get the parts needed and the large amount of work required completed! They kept me informed on progress. I got my truck at 80k and have put another 120k on since I have owned it. It has never driven as well as it does now. The team down at Elite is top notch and honest. Auto shops run this well are hard to find.

I just got a Toyota Grand Highlander and was loading something in the back and put a big scratch on the plastic bumper. The car only had 800 miles on and I am not sure I have ever been so mad at myself. Luckily Elite AutoWorks was able to get me in very quickly and I did not have to live with the shame of looking at the scratch for long. This place is in a great location right in downtown Castle Rock. Shane was very open to my questions and explaining how the fix would go. The work was reasonably priced compared to the two other quotes I got. I chose Elite because they told me they intend to focus on Toyota/Lexus which is great because I have a Rav4 as well. He and his staff are super friendly and he was able to take care of my car. I felt they went above and beyond by assisting me in a temporary fix of my splash guard while the part was on order. He had no problem at all when I asked to have the passenger door handle replaced also at the scheduled repair. They were on time with my appointment and the repairs where completed timely. I definitely will be back to their autoshop for any future repairs. Love the friendly, honest, and family-like atmosphere along with the professional repairs they provided. 100% recommend.

Took my wife's Mazda here for the first time recently (for oil change/tire rotation) and had a great experience. They did a very thorough multi point inspection - felt they took more care/time to look over the vehicle than other shops I've used in the past. They clearly explained all findings and what they would recommend and we fixed a few minor things that would've turned into bigger problems down the road. They did great work, fair price, and we will be taking other vehicles here moving forward - highly recommend.

Brought my Lexus GX470 here for an oil change on a special promotion. The staff was very professional and the work was done quickly. They also did a quick inspection which included a report. The owner is a Lexus/Toyota Master technician with 16yrs experience. All in all a great experience!

I had a failure in one of our family vehicles in the middle of the night. It was outside normal business hours but Shane and his team were in the shop working on some other jobs. Shane told me to try and get the car to him and he’d see what he could do. With some other assistance, we were able to get the car to his shop with needed parts in hand. Shane and his crew knocked it out of the park and had my family up and running within a couple hours. I will be forever grateful. First off Shane is absolutely awesome. Backstory; my 17 Tacoma with 170k miles had a catastrophic failure on Cylinder 5. I was just moving here from Texas and had no tools or anything to try and figure out what happened. Found Elite Auto Works on a FB group here in Colorado Springs and gave him a call. Towed the truck to their shop and within a couple of days he gave me the bad news. Rocker arm came apart and destroyed the head and cams. He found me a new engine and got me back on the road. The tremendous part was the communication. I never had to wonder what was going on with the truck and he stands behind all of his work. Cannot thank these guys enough! Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Elite AutoWorks. My brakes and rotors needed replacement. They were able to fit me in next day, sent a prompt detailed report of what needed to be done (and what checked out normal), also sent an estimate that I could conveniently approve and sign online, AND left me a voicemail with the recommended fixes. I did not call around for comparison but based on what I could find with a simple google search made the cost seem very reasonable. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and professional. I am happy to have this family owned small business just down the street. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future and would strongly advise others to do the same. Top notch!

Dealership told me I needed thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs. I took it in for a second opinion to these guys and ended up only needing a fraction of what the Toyota dealer said I needed. Shane the owner is one of the most honest mechanics you will find. I came there replace a timing chain on my 2012 BMW 328i But after diagnostics, valves in the engine were bent… basically blown engine. He took the time to search/negotiate for the most economical way find an engine which was Facebook marketplace(with used engine and install came to $4300 which is way cheaper than the stealership/dealership rebuilt engine $10k) Even after all that he still recommended that I get rid of the car because after all it had 195k miles and something else was bound to be issued in the future. His knowledge and pricing is the most competitive you will find anywhere.

Shane and Ian Did an amazing job on my roof rack install, would recommend 100% to any friends or family looking to have aftermarket accessories install or maintenance!
