This company is amazing! My new roofing job is complete. When I called or emailed Jeff, I heard back from him promptly. The communication was excellent - his workers came when scheduled and completed the job on time. Everything was tidy when they left - no debris remained around my yard. Jeff also did all of the interaction with my insurance company.

Jeff and the rest of the crew at North Peak Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement. They found some important items the insurance adjuster missed, communicated those to the adjuster, and helped me get a lot more $$ from my insurance company. Although we had to wait a few months for weather to warm up before the shingles could be installed, once it began re-roofing was done professionally and quickly with great communication and no surprises.

I can't give Jeff Folck enough praise. Really took the time to investigate my leak problem, which we think happened after the 2+ feet of snow we had in this latest March storm. Took pictures, explained in detail what he saw on the roof. Took the time to seal up with silicone, a quick easy fix to something I was worried was going to be extensive and expensive. And, he didn't even charge me for the 15- or so minutes he was here. I really wanted to pay him for his time and wonderful expertise, but he wouldn't let me for a quick fix. This is the kind of business that knows that people who are happy with them, will come back and spread the word. Great guy! I will definitely recommend him to any one!

We were hit with the hail storm in May of 2023 and as fairly new homeowners getting things fixed was a bit daunting. I called a few places around town and Jeff was great from the start. He answered all of our questions assured us he'd help anywhere possible especially when it came to dealing with insurance. Jeff is full of insurance knowledge with his experience and helping the homeowner understand what needs to be done. On top of his amazing customer service his crew did a fantastic job getting our house back in tip top shape. Jeff is eager to address your concerns and educate you on anything you may be curious about. We had a lot of work done (roof, gutters, paint, screen replacement. etc) and Jeff was happy to answer any questions.
The communication is the best I've dealt with with any company providing a service, Jeff would call or text to verify times, go over documents, and answer any questions we had. Jeff and North Peak will be our go to contractor going forward.

I had never gone through this process with insurance before - Jeff helped answer all my questions, working directly with our insurance as needed to get our claim straightened out. Everything was completed on budget and on-time. We have a large roof with multiple levels and his team knocked this out in a single day. Nothing but a great experience from start to finish with Jeff and his crew. I interviewed several contractors for my roof replacement - Jeff stood out from the very beginning with his professional knowledge, responsiveness and attention to detail. He kept me informed every step of the way and managed the entire insurance claim process. The quality of the workmanship was great - very happy with our roof and gutters. Even once the project was done, we had a few minor leftover items with the gutters - many contractors would drop you to the bottom of the priority list at that point, but Jeff did not - he stayed on top of it until we were 100% satisfied. Don't use the door to door sales guys who show up in your neighborhood after a hail storm - call Jeff and have a true professional handle your project!

I had a leak in my roof and Jeff was able to come out sooner than my scheduled time. He was able to fix the leak with just some silicone and it hasn't leaked since. That was almost 2 months ago with lots of rain since the fix. He went above and beyond what I could of expected. He's a great guy and took the time to explain everything he did. I called Jeff yesterday, and I met him today at my home for the purpose of a roof inspection out of concern for leaks after recent unusually heavy rains. I really didn’t expect him until the following week as he and his team were busy with roof jobs post hailstorms. To my total surprise, Jeff called to say he was close by and would be happy to stop by much sooner than anticipated. He arrived and got right to task. After about 10-15mins, he came down to explain the circumstances and that he did find a leak on a vent stack. My home is 3yrs old, Jeff was quick to explain that it looked great with the exception being the leak. Having replaced a roof at my previous home, I had several questions about my existing roof versus a more hail resistant roof shingle. He took the opportunity to cover the bases with me and reminded me that my current roof is fine. In the end, he resolved my leak today and made a believer out of me with his recommendation and repair. It became crystal clear that Jeff is rooted in customer service and his commitment to each family as they trust in his team for service. It was a pleasure to have him out, and rest assured, he has your best interest in mind and will clearly explain his recommendations for repairs at your home too!

I had a leak from the roof and called North Peak Roofing to have them come out to get an estimate for repair. Jeff came out, inspected the roof, and informed me of numerous things that could cause it. The owner Jeff was quick to respond to our leaking roof vent questions. He is very knowledgeable on roofing materials, systems and best practices. After personally coming out and inpecting the vents, he quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution. He texted us with an estimate and a schedule when they could come out and replace our vents. The crew was here EARLY for the job and made quick work of it! Jeff came by at the end of the job, climbed a ladder to personally inspect all the work performed and said he was satisfied with the quality. Jeff & his crew replaced an old cedar shake roof on our home with class 4 shingles. Jeff is an amazing communicator and extremely patient. He walked us through each step of the process and explained our options, making multiple visits to ensure we were completely comfortable. We ended up getting our gutters & downspouts replaced as well as the roof and they replaced the old roof vents as well. The crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every day, even using magnets on sticks to ensure they got every single nail. Excellent service every step of the way.
