I hired Simple Construction to do a standing seam metal roof because they had some of the best pricing, but mainly because of Dustin's flexibility and willingness to work with me and answer all my questions. If I wanted to change something or an issue came up, he collaborated with me to figure out a solution all while not trying to upsell me on anything. They do great work at fair prices and Dustin is very transparent with everything, which are hard things to find in a single contractor these days. I plan to add an attached garage in the coming year or two, and Simple Construction will be the first company I call.

Simple construction built a deck and stairway for us. Dustin worked with us to find the right size project for our budget and his team was extremely professional. The end result is a joy to use on a daily basis. Great product, great value, great team. Will hire again.

Simple Construction built a screened porch for us, plus replaced our current wood decking and railings with composite deck boards and metal railings. We also got new siding. Communication was excellent during the entire process. Our project was completed on time and matched the quote we agreed upon. The craftsmanship is quality and the crew worked under very cold windy conditions and still did excellent work! Creative solutions to a couple of architectural issues were proposed, discussed, and implemented. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company to others!

Mike, Franklin, and the entire work crew were great. From the initial consultation to keeping me updated throughout the process to the work itself, I could not be more pleased. They paid attention to the small details, like ensuring the siding was perfectly lined up where it spanned different portions of my house. From contract to completion, the job was efficient and thorough. Very good value for the money spent.

We had a windstorm take off a good portion of the shingles on our roof. I called several roofing companies in the area. Dustin was very responsive and took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and explain what he found. We needed to replace the roof due to the age and the workmanship of the previous installers. Dustin coordinated everything and was timely in his estimates. Come installation day, the crew arrived on time and completed the installation. The roof looks great. I fully recommend Simple for anyone needing any roofing work.

When I say complete I mean they painted the walls, painted my cabinets, put new flooring down, installed new ceiling lights, new backsplash, new sink, etc!
